Fever Case

The Fever Case is a CS2 case that Valve added in the update of March 31, 2025. It is base-grade, holds seventeen skins, and its rare special items are knives in four models.

What's in the Fever Case

Seven of the skins are Mil-Spec, five are Restricted, three are Classified and two are Covert. At the top of the lineup are FAMAS | Bad Trip and AWP | Printstream.

The Classified skins are AK-47 | Searing Rage, Glock-18 | Shinobu and UMP-45 | K.O. Factory. In the Restricted rank are Desert Eagle | Serpent Strike, Zeus x27 | Tosai and Nova | Rising Sun. Galil AR | Control and P90 | Wave Breaker complete it.

The Mil-Spec skins are M4A4 | Choppa, MAG-7 | Resupply and SSG 08 | Memorial, plus P2000 | Sure Grip, USP-S | PC-GRN, MP9 | Nexus and XM1014 | Mockingbird.

Which knives drop from the Fever Case

The rare special item is a Nomad Knife, Paracord Knife, Skeleton Knife or Survival Knife. Six finishes exist for them: Damascus Steel, Doppler, Marble Fade, Rust Coat, Tiger Tooth and Ultraviolet.

Any of the four models can also drop with no finish. Which model, finish and wear you get is random.

Do you need a key

Yes: the Fever Case opens with a key that is bought in the game. Since October 2019 keys can't be passed between accounts, and they can't be sold on marketplaces, so on LIS-SKINS the product is the case.

You don't have to open it. If the goal is a specific knife or skin, a ready-made listing comes out cheaper than opening.

What the Fever Case costs

In the CS2 case range the Fever Case stands in the lower part. The Snakebite Case costs half as much, the Fracture Case is 1.56 times cheaper, and the Clutch Case 1.35 times cheaper. Of the pricier ones, the Gallery Case costs 1.06 times more, the CS20 Case 1.4 times, and the Dreams & Nightmares Case 1.56 times.

The distance to the top of the range is huge. The eSports 2013 Case costs about 80 times as much as the Fever Case, and the CS:GO Weapon Case about 200 times.
