Galil AR | Robin's Egg in Field-Tested (FT): a CS2 Galil with a turquoise handguard, magazine and stock. The rank is Industrial Grade, and the rifle belongs to The Ascent Collection. The finish exists in all five wears, and no case contains it. In Field-Tested the float sits anywhere between 0.15 and 0.38.
What the Galil AR | Robin's Egg looks like in Field-Tested
The finish rests on a single color: the handguard, magazine, grip and stock are flooded with pale turquoise that has a mint cast. The receiver, barrel and top stay dark gray, so the rifle reads as two-tone. Valve adds silver accents to the turquoise fill.
Wear is fixed at drop, and the skin does not wear away over time: a listing stays as it dropped. When choosing a Galil AR | Robin's Egg here, work inside the stretch from 0.15 to 0.38, because the difference between its top and bottom is noticeable.
Where the Galil AR | Robin's Egg came from
Galil AR | Robin's Egg appeared on March 31, 2025, when The Ascent Collection was added to the game. The same day, Valve put the collection on the weekly reward list along with two other new collections.
What to check before buying
What counts when buying a Galil AR | Robin's Egg:
- the float: the stretch from 0.15 to 0.38 holds a range of looks, and the number counts for more than the wear label;
- the name tag and stickers, which stay with the listing;
- the side: the rifle is available to Terrorists only.
Every copy of Galil AR | Robin's Egg has the same pattern.
What the Galil AR | Robin's Egg costs in Field-Tested
Field-Tested is the cheapest wear of the finish: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred all cost more. Among the nine Industrial Grade Galils, Robin's Egg sits at the very bottom of the row, together with Acid Dart. O-Ranger, NV, VariCamo and Cold Fusion rank higher, and Winter Forest and Urban Rubble top the row.
Getting the Galil AR | Robin's Egg
No CS2 case contains Galil AR | Robin's Egg. It is handed out for playtime, since The Ascent Collection is on the weekly reward list. A trade-up also yields it: ten skins of the rank below from the collection go in.
StatTrak and Souvenir
No StatTrak version of Galil AR | Robin's Egg was ever released. Souvenir copies do exist, but there were no packages for this finish, since those were made only for the tournament map collections. Such copies are built through the Souvenir-O-Matic, which puts gold tournament stickers and a player autograph on an ordinary skin from the inventory.
Stickers and craft on the Galil AR | Robin's Egg
The rifle carries two colors: pale turquoise on the handguard, magazine and stock, and a dark gray receiver. Any light or bright sticker reads on the dark parts, while cool blues and greens get lost on the turquoise.
Who this wear suits
A Galil AR | Robin's Egg is worth buying in this wear if:
- you want a turquoise Galil with a dark receiver, and Factory New and the other wears cost more;
- a CS2 loadout is built from light, cool colors, and the dark gray receiver gives them contrast;
- you have to choose by float: within 0.15 to 0.38 the difference between listings is visible.
