Gamma 2 Case

The Gamma 2 Case is a Base Grade CS2 case with seventeen skins. Its rare special item pool holds five knife models with six finishes, among them Gamma Doppler.

What's in the Gamma 2 Case

Of the seventeen skins in the Gamma 2 Case, two are Covert, three Classified, five Restricted and seven Mil-Spec. The Covert skins are AK-47 | Neon Revolution and FAMAS | Roll Cage.

The Classified skins are AUG | Syd Mead, MP9 | Airlock and Tec-9 | Fuel Injector. The Restricted ones are Desert Eagle | Directive, Glock-18 | Weasel and MAG-7 | Petroglyph, along with SCAR-20 | Powercore and SG 553 | Triarch.

The Mil-Spec skins are CZ75-Auto | Imprint, Five-SeveN | Scumbria and G3SG1 | Ventilator, along with Negev | Dazzle, P90 | Grim, UMP-45 | Briefing and XM1014 | Slipstream.

Which knives drop from the Gamma 2 Case

The rare special item pool of the Gamma 2 Case holds the Bayonet, Flip Knife, Gut Knife, Karambit and M9 Bayonet. The finishes are Autotronic, Black Laminate, Bright Water, Freehand, Gamma Doppler and Lore, six in all.

The model, the skin and the wear are all decided at random. The pool contains no knives without a skin.

Do you need a key

The Gamma 2 Case does not open without a key, and the key is bought inside the game. Since October 2019 such keys cannot be passed between accounts or sold on marketplaces, which is why LIS-SKINS has no key.

Opening the case is optional. If you want one particular knife, a ready listing is simpler than a series of openings.

What the Gamma 2 Case costs

The Gamma 2 Case sits exactly in the middle of the CS2 case range. It costs 1.76 times as much as the Shadow Case, 1.08 times as much as the Revolver Case and 1.06 times as much as the Operation Wildfire Case. Above it, the Gamma Case costs 1.03 times as much, the Spectrum 2 Case also 1.03 times and the Chroma 3 Case 1.15 times.

The top of the range runs far ahead. The eSports 2013 Case costs about sixteen times as much as the Gamma 2 Case, the Operation Bravo Case twenty-two times and the CS:GO Weapon Case almost forty.

Who it suits

Buying the Gamma 2 Case makes sense when:

• you want a case where the knife can come as Gamma Doppler and the pool holds no knives without a skin;

• you like AK-47 | Neon Revolution and FAMAS | Roll Cage, the Covert skins of the set;

• you want to collect both gamma cases: the Gamma 2 Case and the Gamma Case.
