In Minimal Wear (MW) the Glock-18 | Block-18 spans floats 0.07 to 0.15, which is 12% of a finish scale that ends at 0.67. Rank is Restricted, and the Kilowatt Case is where it comes from. Among Restricted Glocks in MW, the Block-18 is the cheapest of thirteen.
What the Glock-18 | Block-18 looks like in Minimal Wear
The finish reads like a construction set: plastic bricks in white and light gray, with blue, red, yellow and dark gray inserts. Smooth tiles of white, gray and black are laid across the top of the slide. A blue stripe runs along the upper edge, and yellow blocks stand at the muzzle and the rear. The bricks on the grip and the front of the frame are raised and studded. The trigger is black, and the lettering "GLOCK" sits on the dark slide tile.
Minimal Wear keeps the studs nearly untouched. They are the highest points of the pattern, so they rub off before anything else does. Whatever wear shows is on the grip and along the slide edges. The condition dropped with the skin and does not change.
Where the Glock-18 | Block-18 came from
Graff drew the finish. The Workshop submission was titled "Block-18 (Mondrian)" and was posted on August 30, 2023. The Kilowatt Collection opened in the game on February 6, 2024, and the Glock-18 | Block-18 was in it from day one. Valve's note speaks of a case of seventeen community finishes and the Kukri Knife as the rare special item. The catalog number is 1167.
What to check before buying
When choosing a Glock-18 | Block-18, pay attention to this:
- float: the bounds are 0.07 and 0.15;
- the studs on the grip and the front of the frame;
- a name tag and stickers: they pass to the buyer along with the Glock-18 | Block-18.
The float bounds here are 0.07 and 0.15. Since the wear is confined to 0.07 to 0.15, listings look alike. On every Glock-18 | Block-18 the bricks come together in the same picture.
What the Glock-18 | Block-18 costs in Minimal Wear
Factory New is priced at a little over double. The steps down are smaller: Field-Tested is cheaper by about a third, Well-Worn by two fifths, Battle-Scarred by a quarter.
Of the Restricted Glocks, the Block-18 in MW is below all thirteen. Next come Glock-18 | Umbral Rabbit, then Glock-18 | Moonrise, Glock-18 | Glockingbird, Glock-18 | Weasel and Glock-18 | Trace Lock. At the top of the line are Glock-18 | Dragon Tattoo, Glock-18 | Synth Leaf and Glock-18 | Fade.
Getting the Glock-18 | Block-18
The skin drops from the Kilowatt Case. You can also build it instead of buying it: a trade-up takes ten Mil-Spec skins, and the player decides where they come from. With ten from The Kilowatt Collection alone, the chance at this Glock is one in five.
StatTrak and Souvenir
A StatTrak version of the Glock-18 | Block-18 exists. There are no Souvenir packages for this finish.
Stickers and craft on the Glock-18 | Block-18
The smooth white tiles on the side of the slide are an even place for a sticker, while the studs on the grip leave it little room. The blue stripe and the yellow blocks on the slide pull attention away from small stickers. In CS2 this finish carries a large, contrasting sticker well on the white field.
Who this wear suits
Minimal Wear makes sense on this Glock when:
- the studs on the grip must be intact and the FN price does not fit;
- choosing by float inside the narrow 0.07 to 0.15 band is not needed;
- the Glock is taken as the cheapest Restricted skin in CS2.
