Description

The Glock-18 | Ocean Topo in Well-Worn (WW) is a visibly scuffed blue Glock for CS2, with contour lines. Rank is Industrial Grade, and the collection is The Ascent Collection. The float of this wear runs from 0.38 to 0.45, which is 12% of the whole range.

What the Glock-18 | Ocean Topo looks like in Well-Worn

The base is a deep blue, darker on the frame. A continuous net of rings runs across the slide, frame and grip, following the shape of the parts. The lines are close to the base in tone, and from a distance the pistol reads as one color. On the grip the pattern crosses the checkering. The muzzle and the plate on the bottom of the magazine stay bare metal.

In Well-Worn the wear reaches the raised parts: the slide edge and the bumps on the grip lighten, and the lines there blur into plain blue. Other surfaces lighten later.

Where the Glock-18 | Ocean Topo came from

This is an in-house skin: Valve drew it itself, and there was no outside submission to the Steam Workshop. The Ascent Collection came out in March 2025, and the Glock-18 | Ocean Topo has been part of it from day one. The finish catalog lists it under number 1265. The item description boils down to a blue topographic pattern and a short quip.

What to check before buying

When buying a Glock-18 | Ocean Topo in Well-Worn, check the following:

  • float between 0.38 and 0.45: a narrow stretch where the look barely changes;

  • the light slide edges, which are wider near the top of the band;

  • a name tag and stickers, which stay with the listing on the Glock-18 | Ocean Topo.

Within 0.38 to 0.45 there is no better copy to find by float. You have to choose by pattern.

Pattern variance on the Glock-18 | Ocean Topo

The lines on this skin depend on how the hydrographic film is offset. Two Glocks with the same float carry the rings in different places: on the slide, on the frame, near the trigger. The pattern therefore differs from copy to copy, and on a Well-Worn that matters more than the number.

What the Glock-18 | Ocean Topo costs in Well-Worn

The other wears stand like this against Well-Worn:

  • Factory New costs almost twice as much;

  • Minimal Wear costs about a third more;

  • Field-Tested is one and a half times cheaper;

  • Battle-Scarred costs almost twice as much.

Among Industrial Grade Glocks in Well-Worn, the skin is second from the bottom: only Glock-18 | Death Rattle is cheaper, and by very little. Glock-18 | Night costs about ten times as much, Glock-18 | Red Tire twenty.

Getting the Glock-18 | Ocean Topo

The Glock-18 | Ocean Topo never appeared in a case. The Ascent Collection is on the reward list of the weekly care package, and that is where the pistol comes from. It also comes out of a trade-up fed with ten skins one rank lower from this collection.

StatTrak and Souvenir

No StatTrak edition of the Glock-18 | Ocean Topo was ever released. Souvenir examples occur, but the finish never came in souvenir packages, which were made for tournament map collections only. The Souvenir-O-Matic builds such copies: it hangs gold tournament stickers and a player autograph on an ordinary skin from the inventory.

Stickers and craft on the Glock-18 | Ocean Topo

There is no even field on the slide, as the pattern runs from the front of the slide to the rear sight. The side of the frame above the trigger guard is the only place where the rings are large and a sticker does not break their fine rhythm. Cold blue stickers vanish on this background, while white and orange ones read.

Who this wear suits

Buying the Glock-18 | Ocean Topo in Well-Worn makes sense if:

  • you want a blue Glock for CS2 with visible wear and no overpaying for the clean wears;

  • you pick the pattern by preview, and the float figure within 0.38 to 0.45 plays no role;

  • you want a more scuffed look than Field-Tested, while Battle-Scarred is already twice as expensive.

Well-Worn costs noticeably less than Factory New and Battle-Scarred, and a little more than Field-Tested.
