Description

The Glock-18 | Shinobu in Field-Tested (FT): the artwork on the slide reads as a whole, and there is no longer any need to pay extra for a clean float. Floats in this wear span 0.15 to 0.38. It is a Classified skin, and the Glock drops from the Fever Case. A portrait on a pistol is uncommon in CS2: this kind of graphic usually goes to rifles.

What the Glock-18 | Shinobu looks like in Field-Tested

The base is violet-indigo, crossed by dark blue stripes that look like a plaid. Across the whole flat side of the slide is drawn the upper part of a woman's face: eyes with dark lashes and brows, rose-magenta eyeliner, a pale dusty-pink skin tone. Strands of dark hair pass across the slide. The chin and mouth are not in the picture: the composition is cropped at eye level.

The frame is lilac-violet with light streaks, the serrations are dark violet, and the trigger and magazine base plate are violet. Only the front sight, rear sight and muzzle stay light. A fine two-letter logo engraved at the back of the frame can't be read, and there is no other lettering.

Valve itself explains the point of the artwork. The girl on the slide wears contact lenses from a fictional brand, SR Tech, and the caption promises they help you keep your focus from one fight to the next. That is why the eyes are made the center of the composition.

In Field-Tested the top and bottom edges of the slide and the ridges of the serrations lighten first. The edges of the frame and the magazine base plate follow. The thin pink eyeliner and the lines of the lashes break up sooner than the large light fill of the face. The eyes themselves lie on the flat middle of the slide and suffer last, so the portrait stays whole.

Where the Glock-18 | Shinobu came from

The finish's author is Horameow, the same artist who made the flame-painted AK for the Fever Case. He posted the submission "G-18 | SHINOBU [HARD]" to the Steam Workshop on December 23, 2024. The Fever Collection was added to the game on March 31, 2025, and in the update note Valve limited itself to a mention of the case. In Valve's catalog the finish is number 1208.

What to check before buying

On Glock-18 | Shinobu listings, buyers compare this:

  • the float: it shows how battered the edges of the slide and the ridges of the serrations are;

  • stickers and a name tag already on this copy of the Glock-18 | Shinobu;

  • which version the lot is: regular, StatTrak or Souvenir.

The Glock-18 | Shinobu has no pattern variants, so there is nothing to choose by: the artwork is the same on every copy.

One wear name stretches over a long float band here, and the listings inside it differ in condition.

What the Glock-18 | Shinobu costs in Field-Tested

The three lower wears cost nearly the same:

  • for Factory New, people ask about four times as much;

  • Minimal Wear, almost twice as much;

  • Well-Worn is lower by a few percent;

  • Battle-Scarred is lower by about a tenth.

There is no reason to go below Field-Tested, since the saving is symbolic. The gap to Factory New rests on the edges of the slide and the pink eyeliner, which are whole in the clean wear.

Among the Classified Glocks, the Glock-18 | Shinobu in this wear is second from the bottom of seven: only Vogue is cheaper. Mirror Mosaic sits right above it, Snack Attack and Water Elemental are noticeably dearer, and the top of the rank is held by Twilight Galaxy.

Getting the Glock-18 | Shinobu

The Glock-18 | Shinobu has one case, the Fever Case; the finish has not appeared in other sets. In a contract, ten skins of the rank below from this collection turn into the Glock-18 | Shinobu. The P90 | Wave Breaker, the Zeus x27 | Tosai or the set's Galil AR skin will do as inputs. The collection has three Classified skins, and which one the contract returns is not known in advance.

StatTrak and Souvenir

The Glock-18 | Shinobu has a StatTrak version. Souvenir copies of the finish do exist too, but no packages were issued for it: they were made only for the tournament map collections. Such copies are built through the Souvenir-O-Matic, which applies gold tournament stickers and a player autograph to an ordinary skin from your inventory.

Stickers and craft on the Glock-18 | Shinobu

The face takes up the whole slide, so in CS2 stickers are left only the frame. White and yellow read best there, while blue and pink merge into the violet base. Small logos vanish on the plaid, so people take large ones.

Who this wear suits

Buying the Glock-18 | Shinobu in Field-Tested makes sense if:

  • you want a Classified Glock for the Terrorist side with portrait artwork;

  • a set is coming together in violet and pink;

  • the pistol should be recognizable in the first round.

The thin pink eyeliner is already touched by wear in Field-Tested, and up close it shows. At playing distance you can't tell the pistol from Minimal Wear.
