In Field-Tested (FT) the Glock-18 | Umbral Rabbit is the most affordable Restricted finish this pistol has: of the sixteen Restricted Glocks, none costs less. Its wear scale reaches only 0.75. The rank is Restricted, and the skin drops from the Revolution Case.

What the Glock-18 | Umbral Rabbit looks like in Field-Tested

A white and pink hare in mid-leap is painted on the side of the slide, and it owns the skin. Around it, a muted turquoise-green sky, golden-yellow clouds and curved pagoda roofs lit from below in orange. The grip runs into pink sakura-like blossoms with gold ornament and a building at the base. Trigger guard pale green, barrel black, an orange-gold disc at the muzzle. Bare metal barely shows: paint covers slide, frame and grip in full.

The whole landscape hangs on thin gold outlines, and in Field-Tested those go first. Slide edges, front face and ejection port take the damage, cutting into roofs and clouds. On the grip the blossoms fade where the hand sits. The middle of the slide keeps the hare readable longest, so the pistol stays recognizable in a match even at the top of the band.

Where the Glock-18 | Umbral Rabbit came from

The work is by bun.droid, who posted the submission on January 11, 2023 as "GLOCK-18 | MOONRABBIT PEACH". The description also names the hare: Peach. Valve tells the story as a dream of a mystical rabbit leaping under a full moon. The Revolution Collection came out on February 9, 2023, and Valve numbers the finish 1227.

What to check before buying

Worth a look before paying for a Glock-18 | Umbral Rabbit:

• float, which decides whether the gold outlines of the roofs survive at the slide edges;


• The stickers that come with the copy, and the name tag.

There is no pattern spread here: every listing shows the same scene. Float runs from 0.15 to 0.38, and across that span the pistol changes enough to be worth comparing several listings.

What the Glock-18 | Umbral Rabbit costs in Field-Tested

The ratios between wears:

• Factory New costs more than four times as much;


• Minimal Wear almost double;


• Well-Worn is cheaper by around a tenth;


• Battle-Scarred is cheaper by around a tenth as well.

Below Field-Tested the slope is gentle, the two lower wears giving up a few percent at most. Upward it climbs hard: a clean landscape costs four times the money.

Among Restricted Glocks this finish is the first going up in price. Glock-18 | Block-18 sits alongside, dearer by a few percent; Glock-18 | Glockingbird, Glock-18 | Moonrise and Glock-18 | Trace Lock run one and a half to two and a half times above it. The top of the rank is far off: Glock-18 | Pink DDPAT, Glock-18 | Franklin and Glock-18 | Synth Leaf cost orders of magnitude more.

StatTrak and Souvenir

Stickers and craft on the Glock-18 | Umbral Rabbit

The Glock-18 | Umbral Rabbit has a StatTrak version. No Souvenir packages were ever made for this finish, because packages only ever covered tournament map collections. A souvenir copy can still be built by hand. The Souvenir-O-Matic puts gold tournament stickers and a player autograph on a normal skin from the inventory. That is why the odd souvenir copy turns up where no package was ever made.

The scene fills the side of the slide, so little room is left and someone else's graphic breaks it easily. If a CS2 craft is wanted anyway, pastel anime stickers and gold autographs carry the palette forward. White and bright red clash hardest.

Who this wear suits

Buy the Glock-18 | Umbral Rabbit in Field-Tested when at least one of these holds:

• you want a pistol with a story in CS2 for the least money in its rank;


• Factory New is off the table, the gap there being fourfold;


• rubbed edges do not bother you while the hare on the slide is whole.

Closer to 0.38 the gold outlines at the front of the slide are ragged and the grip blossoms have gone pale. The landscape holds together to about 0.22.
