The Glock-18 | Vogue in Minimal Wear (MW) holds a float band of 0.07 to 0.15, 11 percent of a scale topping out at 0.75. It is Classified rank, from The Fracture Collection, and the Glock drops from the Fracture Case.
What the Glock-18 | Vogue looks like in Minimal Wear
This is pop art: a pair of large eyes fills the slide. The slide's background is red-crimson with orange-yellow rays, the irises are light blue, the lashes black, and the eyes carry white highlights. Frame and grip are violet-purple, shading toward dark, the trigger guard is pink-crimson, a pink ring sits at the muzzle, and the bottom of the grip is dark brown. A small two-line inscription low on the slide cannot be made out, and thin black outlines run at the edge. There is almost no bare metal.
The small inscription goes first, then the black outlines at the slide edges and the pink ring at the muzzle. The violet grip dulls where the hand holds it. The large eyes on the flat side of the slide stay recognizable longest. In Minimal Wear the wear is slight, and it is fixed at the drop, not over time.
Where the Glock-18 | Vogue came from
KASI drew the finish, and the Workshop submission was titled "Glock-18 | Eye Contact" and went up on July 20, 2018. By the author's account, the eyes on the skin belong to his girlfriend, and he painted them as a birthday present. He described the style as a mix of vaporwave and pop art. The main idea is that the Glock does well at a distance where you can see the whites of an enemy's eyes. So you should hold eye contact and move closer. The Fracture Collection was released in August 2020, and the skin has been in the set since the start. The finish's number in Valve's catalog is 963.
What to check before buying
Three points deserve attention in a listing:
- float: anywhere between 0.07 and 0.15 the look stays the same;
- stickers and a name tag the copy already carries;
- the pattern index does not matter on this skin.
What the Glock-18 | Vogue costs in Minimal Wear
Factory New costs 1.85 times as much as Minimal Wear. Field-Tested costs 1.43 times less, Well-Worn 1.25 times less, Battle-Scarred 1.39 times less. The lower three wears lie close together, and MW stands above them.
Among Classified Glocks with a price in this wear, the finish is the cheapest of seven. The Glock-18 | Shinobu costs 1.4 times more and the Glock-18 | Mirror Mosaic almost twice as much. The Glock-18 | Water Elemental and the Glock-18 | AXIA cost almost four times more, and the Glock-18 | Snack Attack six times. The Glock-18 | Twilight Galaxy costs tens of times more.
Getting the Glock-18 | Vogue
The skin comes out of the Fracture Case. A trade-up gets it as well. You need ten Restricted skins from anywhere, and the result comes from the collection of one of them. Ten wholly from The Fracture Collection is the player's choice and steers the result toward this set.
StatTrak and Souvenir
The Glock-18 | Vogue has a StatTrak version, and the finish has no Souvenir packages.
Stickers and craft on the Glock-18 | Vogue
For a CS2 sticker setup, the slide is taken by the eyes, and a sticker there competes with the finish's main element. The violet frame and grip are free: stickers there do not cover the artwork. Pink and light blue stickers pick up the palette, and yellow ones go with the rays on the slide.
Who this wear suits
Minimal Wear on the Glock-18 | Vogue is worth buying if:
- you want a CS2 Glock with eyes on the slide whose small inscription and outlines can still be read;
- it matters that this is the cheapest finish among Classified Glocks in this wear;
- the band of 0.07 to 0.15 is narrow, and there is almost nothing to choose between listings.
