Horizon Case

The Horizon Case is a standard CS2 case of seventeen skins. Its rare special items are knives, and they come in four models.

What's in the Horizon Case

The Glove Case breaks down by rank like this: two Covert skins, three Classified, five Restricted and seven Mil-Spec. The Covert pair is AK-47 | Neon Rider and Desert Eagle | Code Red.

Classified rank holds an M4A1-S finish, Sawed-Off | Devourer and FAMAS | Eye of Athena. Restricted: CZ75-Auto | Eco, G3SG1 | High Seas and Nova | Toy Soldier, plus AWP | PAW and MP7 | Powercore.

Mil-Spec: AUG | Amber Slipstream, Dual Berettas | Shred and Glock-18 | Warhawk, plus MP9 | Capillary, P90 | Traction, R8 Revolver | Survivalist and Tec-9 | Snek-9.

Which knives drop from the Horizon Case

The rare special item will be a Navaja Knife, Stiletto Knife, Talon Knife or Ursus Knife. Twelve skins are spread across those four models, Slaughter, Fade and Case Hardened among them.

Any of the four models can also drop without a skin. Model, skin and wear are all decided at random.

Do you need a key

The Horizon Case opens with a key, and the key can be bought in the game. Since October 2019 keys cannot be passed between accounts or sold on marketplaces, so LIS-SKINS has no key to offer.

Opening the case is optional. A particular knife or skin is easier to pick up as a ready-made listing, and that works out cheaper than opening cases and counting on luck.

What the Horizon Case costs

Among CS2 cases the Horizon Case sits in the lower half by price. The Prisma 2 Case is cheaper than it by a factor of 1.41 and the Prisma Case by 1.38, while the Falchion Case costs practically the same (cheaper by 1.01). Higher up the ladder, the Shadow Case costs 1.09 times as much, the Revolver Case 1.78 times and the Operation Wildfire Case 1.82 times.

The distance to the top of the ladder is large. The eSports 2013 Case costs thirty-one times as much as the Horizon Case, the Operation Bravo Case almost forty-two times, and the CS:GO Weapon Case seventy-six and a half times.
