The M4A1-S | Black Lotus in Well-Worn (WW) is a Classified rifle from The Kilowatt Collection, with a black lotus on a blue-violet ground. The float is narrow, 0.38 to 0.45. Well-Worn costs less than Minimal Wear and Factory New but more than Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. In CS2 you can get it without paying extra for clean paint.
What the M4A1-S | Black Lotus looks like in Well-Worn
A rich blue-violet fills the background, nearly indigo in tone. Light-blue branches with leaves lie over the handguard, receiver and stock, and white flowers show on the handguard and the front of the receiver. A single dark orange flower stands on the side of the receiver. The suppressor is graphite, the grip is gray, and a pink-copper outline runs near the trigger guard.
This wear gives the M4A1-S | Black Lotus a float of 0.38 to 0.45. That is a tenth of the skin's scale, which runs to 0.70. The wear of a copy is set at drop and does not change afterward.
Where the M4A1-S | Black Lotus came from
Valve describes the model as a suppressed M4A1 with a smaller magazine than the standard one, quieter, with less recoil and better accuracy. For the skin, the text says it is a black lotus flower on a blue-violet base. moonfighter made the artwork, and it entered the game on February 6, 2024, the day Kilowatt was released. The skin's number in Valve's catalog is 1166.
What to check before buying
The differences between listings of the M4A1-S | Black Lotus come down to these:
- the float: inside 0.38 to 0.45 the differences are minimal;
- a name tag and stickers left by a previous owner;
- the item version: there is a regular one and a StatTrak one.
With only 0.38 to 0.45 to work in, choosing by float is pointless. Hunting for a pattern index makes no sense either: the artwork does not change.
What the M4A1-S | Black Lotus costs in Well-Worn
Against Well-Worn, the other wears cost:
- Factory New is 2.3 times pricier;
- Minimal Wear is about a quarter pricier;
- Field-Tested is about 28 percent cheaper;
- Battle-Scarred is about 19 percent cheaper.
The order by price does not match the order of wear: the cheapest wear here is Field-Tested, above it Battle-Scarred, then Well-Worn.
Lined up by price in this wear, the Classified M4A1-S skins put this one third from the bottom. The M4A1-S | Stratosphere and M4A1-S | Solitude are cheaper, the second by several times. The M4A1-S | Control Panel is pricier by a few percent, the M4A1-S | Nightmare by about a third, and the M4A1-S | Party Animal by noticeably more. The most expensive are the M4A1-S | Atomic Alloy, M4A1-S | Guardian and M4A1-S | Master Piece.

StatTrak and Souvenir
A StatTrak version of the M4A1-S | Black Lotus exists, while Souvenir packages were never released. A Souvenir copy can be built through the Souvenir-O-Matic.
Stickers and craft on the M4A1-S | Black Lotus
The pattern of branches and leaves is dense and fine, so stickers with thin lines sink into it. A large logo with a thick outline is noticeable. White and light yellow stickers show best, while blue and violet ones match the color of the lines.
Who this wear suits
Well-Worn is a fair buy for an M4A1-S | Black Lotus in these circumstances:
- you want the whole lotus-and-branches artwork without the Factory New premium;
- scuffs on the handguard and receiver don't bother you;
- you don't need to choose by float, and price matters more.
