M4A1-S | Glitched Paint (Factory New)

M4A1-S | Glitched Paint in Factory New (FN) is a Restricted rifle with an abstract, multicolor design. Factory New gets a float of 0.00 to 0.07 here, while the skin's full scale runs to 0.67, so FN takes about a tenth of the range. The skin belongs to the Radiant Collection and appears in no case.

What the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint looks like in Factory New

The pattern recalls a digital glitch: strokes of pink, crimson, turquoise, blue and orange lie on top of one another with no repeating motif. The suppressor shifts from pink to turquoise, pink crosswise stripes run down the handguard, and olive-bronze metal shows through between the strokes on the receiver and the stock.

In Factory New the paint is intact on both the edges and the raised parts, so the bright colors read without any muting. Wear is fixed at the drop. A copy with a float of 0.02 stays that way forever, and the difference between listings within this wear comes down to a single figure.

Where the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint came from

Valve drew the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint itself, and there is no Steam Workshop submission for this finish. It arrived on March 31, 2025, together with the addition of the Radiant Collection to the game. In the Valve skin catalog it carries number 1311.

The notes to that update described three new weapon collections: Ascent, Boreal and Radiant. Together they hold more than seventy finishes, and all three were added to the weekly playtime reward list. The Radiant is on that list.

What to check before buying

Before taking the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint, look at these points:

• float: there is hardly anything to choose between, since the 0.00 to 0.07 stretch is short;

• name tag and stickers that this M4A1-S | Glitched Paint already carries.

What the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint costs in Factory New

Every other wear of this finish is cheaper than Factory New. Minimal Wear trails by almost half, Well-Worn by a factor of two and a half, Field-Tested by more than four, and Battle-Scarred by almost five. Even so, Well-Worn costs more than Field-Tested.

Among Restricted M4A1-S skins in Factory New, the Glitched Paint costs more than only Emphorosaur-S and Night Terror. Above it stand Electrum, Liquidation and Nitro, and Nitro costs about twice as much. The top of the row belongs to Icarus Fell, which costs dozens of times more than the Glitched Paint.

Getting the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint

No case contains the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint. Trading up into it takes ten skins one rank lower from the same collection. The result is random: the chance of landing on this exact skin is one in three.

StatTrak and Souvenir

A StatTrak version of the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint does not exist. No Souvenir packages were released for this finish either, but a souvenir copy can be built through the Souvenir-O-Matic.

Stickers and craft on the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint

There are many borders between colors on the body, and a small sticker drowns among the strokes. Large stickers read better on the suppressor, where pink turns smoothly into turquoise. The handguard is also open for a CS2 craft, but its pink stripes already set a rhythm of their own.

Who this wear suits

Factory New is worth buying for the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint under these conditions:

• you want a Restricted M4A1-S with bright abstraction and untouched paint;

• the loadout is built for the Counter-Terrorists in CS2, and the colorful model should stand out;

• the short stretch from 0.00 to 0.07 suits you, with listings differing only by a number.
