M4A4 | Hellish (Battle-Scarred)

The M4A4 | Hellish in Battle-Scarred (BS) is the cheapest of the skin's five wears: a Classified M4 from the Train 2025 Collection with flames across a black body. The float takes up more than half the scale, so listings within this wear can look quite different from one another.

What the M4A4 | Hellish looks like in Battle-Scarred

Valve describes the skin as orange and yellow flames over a glossy black base. On the model the tongues of fire run along the receiver, handguard, magazine and stock, and the muzzle brake is picked out in yellow. The grip and the bottom of the magazine stay dark.

In Battle-Scarred the black base is rubbed down to bare metal along the edges, and the bright flame tongues lose their sharp outlines. What survives intact is the overall orange palette.

What to check before buying

A listing of the M4A4 | Hellish is judged on these points:

• a float inside the 0.45 to 1.00 band;

• stickers and a name tag the previous owner left on the M4A4 | Hellish.

The float on the M4A4 | Hellish runs from 0.45 to 1.00. For this skin the float number counts for more than the wear label, because a band that wide holds very different looks. The pattern index changes nothing on the M4A4 | Hellish.

What the M4A4 | Hellish costs in Battle-Scarred

The other wears, set against this one:

• Factory New costs almost fifteen times as much;

• Minimal Wear is more than three times dearer;

• Field-Tested costs one and a half times as much, and a little more;

• Well-Worn costs about a tenth more.

Of the seven Classified M4A4s in this wear, the skin is second from the bottom. Only Tooth Fairy is cheaper, and by a factor of three. Desolate Space and 龍王 (Dragon King) cost a quarter more, Falak about one and a half times as much, Cyber Security almost double. Hellfire costs seven times as much.

Getting the M4A4 | Hellish

No regular case holds this skin; copies come from the Austin 2025 Train and Budapest 2025 Train souvenir packages. A trade-up contract also produces the M4A4 | Hellish, from ten skins one rank lower, all of one collection.

The Train 2025 Collection was added to the game on March 31, 2025, and the skin arrived in the same update.

StatTrak and Souvenir

No StatTrak version of the M4A4 | Hellish has been released. A Souvenir version does exist. The finish is part of the Austin 2025 Train and Budapest 2025 Train souvenir packages, and those copies come with golden tournament stickers and a player autograph. Souvenir M4A4 | Hellish is a separate product with its own page and its own price.

Stickers and craft on the M4A4 | Hellish

The flame pattern covers almost the whole body and fights with any bright sticker. White and light-blue stickers give a cool contrast and stay visible even on the worn spots. The dark areas of the grip and the bottom of the magazine suit a craft.

Who this wear suits

Buying the M4A4 | Hellish in this wear makes sense if:

• you want a flame finish of Classified rank at the lowest price among the five wears;

• a rubbed black base does not bother you;

• you pick a listing by its float number, not by the wear label.

In CS2, wear changes only how a skin looks and has no effect on shooting.
