This is the M4A4 | Sheet Lightning in Battle-Scarred (BS), and the top of this wear's scale is cut off: the float ceiling stands at 0.75. The skin is Restricted and belongs to The Boreal Collection. For anyone looking for an M4A4 in CS2 with the lightning pattern, this is the cheapest way into the finish.

What the M4A4 | Sheet Lightning looks like in Battle-Scarred

The base is two-toned. The handguard, grip, magazine and carry handle are covered in golden-orange, while the receiver and stock stay charcoal-gray. Darker streaks run over the dark parts, and an orange inscription sits on the side of the receiver.

Battle-Scarred gives the maximum of wear: scratches and scuffs are visible across the whole body of paint.

Where the M4A4 | Sheet Lightning came from

The Boreal Collection came out on March 31, 2025, and the M4A4 | Sheet Lightning arrived in the same update. In Valve's note the collection is named among the three new sets added to the weekly reward list.

What to check before buying

These are the points to watch when choosing:

• the float: the wear takes the stretch from 0.45 to 0.75, which is 40% of the skin's scale;


• the name tag and stickers this M4A4 already carries.

A pattern index is not worth hunting, because the artwork is constant. Listings from the two edges of 0.45 to 0.75 look different, and that is the only thing that separates copies.

What the M4A4 | Sheet Lightning costs in Battle-Scarred

The other four wears cost more than Battle-Scarred:

• Well-Worn, by a factor of 1.3;


• Field-Tested by 1.2 times;


• Minimal Wear by more than three times;


• Factory New by about seven times.

Among Restricted M4A4s the skin stands near the bottom edge. Only the M4A4 | Etch Lord is cheaper, while the M4A4 | Griffin, M4A4 | Evil Daimyo and M4A4 | Spider Lily cost several times more. The M4A4 | Daybreak closes the line.

Getting the M4A4 | Sheet Lightning

No case drops it. The Boreal Collection is on Valve's weekly reward list for playtime, and that is where the M4A4 | Sheet Lightning drops from.

A trade-up is the other way in. Ten Mil-Spec skins go into it, and the result is taken from the collection of one of the inputs. If this exact skin is the aim, fill the contract with Boreal skins. StatTrak and Souvenir

No StatTrak version of the M4A4 | Sheet Lightning exists. No souvenir packages hold it, but an ordinary copy can be turned into a Souvenir through the Souvenir-O-Matic.

Stickers and craft on the M4A4 | Sheet Lightning

The dark stock and gray receiver hold light stickers well, and the gold parts suggest the palette: yellow and orange stickers will repeat the color of the handguard and magazine. On the scuffed body, black stickers merge with the charcoal areas.

Who this wear suits

Battle-Scarred is the right buy when:

• an M4A4 with lightning on a gold and charcoal ground is wanted at the lowest price among the skin's wears;


• wear is no obstacle, and it is this very Restricted finish that is needed;


• you are collecting skins for a trade-up or a build where the entry price matters.
