The MAC-10 | Snow Splash in Factory New (FN) is the clean end of the scale: white paint with no scuffs, and dark strokes that lie sharp. This wear runs from 0.00 to 0.07, against a finish ceiling of 0.60. It is Industrial Grade, the MAC-10 plays on the Terrorist side, and the skin belongs to The Achroma Collection.
What the MAC-10 | Snow Splash looks like in Factory New
The body is almost entirely white, with a warm cream tint. Gray-black angular strokes lie over it like splashes and chips of dark paint: they run along the top of the receiver and drop down the magazine. The strap is white and the guard is chrome. Valve describes the pattern as black and white, with sharp angular forms.
In Factory New the white is even, without gray smears, and the angular strokes read sharp. For a finish like this, cleanliness is the main merit: on white any wear shows at once, and here none has built up yet.
There is little to choose by float on the MAC-10 | Snow Splash — the 0.00 to 0.07 stretch is short. It makes up 12% of the finish's scale.
What to check before buying
Picking one MAC-10 | Snow Splash over another comes down to these points:
- the float: on so narrow a stretch it changes almost nothing, but the closer to 0.00, the cleaner the white;
- the white surfaces of the body and strap, where grayness and dark specks give wear away first;
- any stickers and name tag already placed on this copy.
The pattern on the MAC-10 | Snow Splash is not played out: all copies are identical.
What the MAC-10 | Snow Splash costs in Factory New
The other wears, measured against this one:
- Minimal Wear is cheaper by about a sixth;
- Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred cost almost the same and are cheaper by about 28%.
Among Industrial Grade MAC-10s this finish is third from the bottom in this wear, with MAC-10 | Acid Hex and MAC-10 | Silver cheaper. The next finish up costs almost twice as much and the one after it a little over twice as much. Video Cam costs six and a half times as much. The top of the row is held by Echoing Sands and two more finishes.
Getting the MAC-10 | Snow Splash
The MAC-10 | Snow Splash does not drop from CS2 cases. It appeared on January 21, 2026, when The Achroma Collection was added to the game. That same day both new collections, Achroma and one more, went onto the weekly reward list (the Weekly Care Package).
A trade-up can produce it: ten Consumer Grade skins from the collection go in. The odds on this finish are one in five, since The Achroma Collection holds five Industrial Grade skins. The finish itself then goes on into a Mil-Spec contract. The outcomes there are AUG | Creep, Desert Eagle | The Daily Deagle, P2000 | Grip Tape or P90 | Aeolian Light.
StatTrak and Souvenir
A StatTrak version of the MAC-10 | Snow Splash was never released. There were no souvenir packages for this finish either: those were made only for tournament map collections. A souvenir copy can still be built by hand, though. The Souvenir-O-Matic puts gold tournament stickers and a player autograph on an ordinary skin from the inventory. That is why the odd souvenir copy turns up even where no packages ever existed.
Stickers and craft on the MAC-10 | Snow Splash
A white body is a light canvas: dark and bright stickers read on it at once, while light and gray ones sink. The dark strokes are gathered on the receiver and magazine, so black stickers merge with the artwork there and look cleanest on the white areas.
The artwork is the same on every copy of the MAC-10 | Snow Splash, which means a craft rests on sticker color alone. The black-and-white palette allows almost any accent.
Who this wear suits
Buying the MAC-10 | Snow Splash in Factory New makes sense on these terms:
- you want a purely white MAC-10 without blotches or gray smears;
- the weapon is being chosen to match a black-and-white loadout;
- in CS2 the Terrorist SMG should stand out in a light color that shows in the hands at once.
If cleanliness matters less, the three lower wears cost almost the same, and the difference between them is small.
