The MP7 | Cirrus in Field-Tested (FT) is the middle one of this skin's five wears. It is a Mil-Spec skin and drops from the Glove Case. You can buy the MP7 | Cirrus for CS2 in any of its five wears, from Factory New to Battle-Scarred.

What the MP7 | Cirrus looks like in Field-Tested

This is a blue submachine gun with its color split into zones. The handguard, stock, upper edges and magazine are filled with a pure, saturated sky blue. The receiver at the center is dark navy, nearly black, and blue streaks run from it toward the edges. The grip and trigger guard are dark gray, and the barrel is black.

The light blue holds the outline, the dark sits inside, and at the transitions the paint spreads into smears like water stains. The magazine is lighter than the rest of the body and carries a faint pattern. The clouds and feathery shapes the name suggests are not on the model: the skin is built on color, not on a scene. The dark areas look like carbon buildup, but they are part of the artwork.

The item gets its degree of wear at drop and keeps it. In Field-Tested the wear is already visible, and within the band, listings differ in how scuffed the paint is.

Where the MP7 | Cirrus came from

The skin belongs to The Glove Collection. The collection was added to the game in November 2016, and the MP7 | Cirrus arrived with the same update. The reference sources hold no other data on the author or the history of the finish.

What to check before buying

There is one source: the Glove Case. A trade-up cannot produce this skin, because Mil-Spec is the lowest tier in the collection and there is nothing to trade from. The skin itself does work as an input, though: ten Mil-Spec skins from the set yield one Restricted skin of the same collection.

Stickers and craft on the MP7 | Cirrus

On the dark receiver, light and colored stickers read distinctly, while on the bright blue handguard the paint itself competes with them. The artwork is blurred and has no sharp figures, so a sticker covers nothing important. The grip and guard are gray and plain: a small sticker sits neatly there.

Who this wear suits

Buying this MP7 | Cirrus in Field-Tested makes sense when:

• you want a bright blue skin with a dark middle rather than a single flat color;


• a price four times below Minimal Wear outweighs the scuffing;


• you can find a listing with a float near the lower bound of 0.15 among the others.

If you want nearly clean paint, Minimal Wear (MW) with its 0.07 to 0.15 band and the same artwork is the better fit.
