Description

The MP9 | Bee-Tron in Factory New (FN) is the condition in which the yellow lines run to the edges of the body unbroken. It is a Consumer Grade skin from the Harlequin Collection, and it drops from no case. The name points to a bee, but the model has neither a bee nor a honeycomb on it.

What the MP9 | Bee-Tron looks like in Factory New

The body is dark gray, graphite, with yellow stripes of different lengths laid over it like speed lines. They run along the side of the receiver, the foregrip, the magazine and the stock frames, and the top rail is painted yellow entirely. On the foregrip and magazine thin red stripes are added to the yellow, and a small yellow emblem shows on the pistol grip.

There are effectively three colors in the finish: a graphite background, yellow and a little red. The receiver cover, trigger guard and pistol grip stay an even dark gray, so the whole design rests on the bundle of stripes at the front.

In Factory New the lines have whole ends, and the wear shows the effect in full. On worse listings the yellow is rubbed off first on the top rail and on the edges of the receiver and magazine. That is where the stripes are cut off. The dark background hardly changes with wear, so the whole difference between wears on the MP9 | Bee-Tron comes down to the state of the yellow.

Where the MP9 | Bee-Tron came from

The finish has no Steam Workshop author: the MP9 | Bee-Tron was drawn by Valve itself. The Harlequin Collection is dated January 21, 2026. In Valve's catalog of finishes the skin carries number 1388.

What to check before buying

  • The band of 0.00 to 0.07 is small: looking at the float here is optional.

  • The integrity of the yellow on the top rail and the magazine corners, where the lines break first.

  • What the previous owner left on the MP9 | Bee-Tron: stickers and a name tag.

The pattern is fixed, and there are no lucky or unlucky copies.

What the MP9 | Bee-Tron costs in Factory New

The slice of the scale here is 0.00 to 0.07, and within that band the float barely affects the price. The difference between wears is also trifling. The whole row fits within about fifteen cents, and the order in it is set by a couple of listings rather than by demand. That is why Factory New is bought for the look, not to save money.

The MP9 has eleven Consumer Grade skins with a price in this wear, and the Bee-Tron is fourth from the bottom among them: only Pine, Dizzy and Multi-Terrain cost less. Buff Blue costs slightly more, and the MP9 | Army Sheen several times as much. The most expensive Consumer Grade finish on the model, the MP9 | Dry Season, costs hundreds of times as much.

Getting the MP9 | Bee-Tron

The MP9 | Bee-Tron is in no case. Consumer Grade is the lowest rank in the Harlequin Collection, so a contract cannot produce the Bee-Tron. It goes into a trade-up only as an input, and such a contract returns the set's Industrial Grade skins.

StatTrak and Souvenir

The MP9 | Bee-Tron has no StatTrak version. Souvenir copies do exist, but no Souvenir packages were issued for this finish: they were made only for the tournament map collections. Such copies are built through the Souvenir-O-Matic, which applies gold tournament stickers and a player autograph to an ordinary skin from your inventory.

Stickers and craft on the MP9 | Bee-Tron

The graphite background is a handy base for stickers in CS2: almost any color reads on it except black. Yellow and red stickers pick up the lines, white and light blue give contrast. The receiver cover and the pistol grip are free, but the yellow bundle on the front of the side is not given up to a sticker.

Who this wear suits

Buying the MP9 | Bee-Tron in Factory New makes sense in these cases:

  • you want a bright submachine gun for CS2 at the lowest price in the rank;

  • an intact yellow rail matters, since on worn listings it loses its color first;

  • you are preparing a craft on an even dark background.

The premium over the three lower wears here is about a quarter of the price, while Field-Tested (FT) comes to the same sum as Factory New.
