Nova | Rain Station (Factory New)

The Nova | Rain Station in Factory New (FN) is the cleanest paint on an Industrial Grade shotgun from The Train 2025 Collection. In CS2 the skin comes in only three wears, from Factory New to Field-Tested, and the Factory New float band runs from 0.00 to 0.07.

What the Nova | Rain Station looks like in Factory New

The shotgun is covered in a dark gray-blue paint with a cold cast. Larger, darker blotches can be made out on the receiver and the stock, but the pattern has very little contrast and no real detail. The barrel and the magazine tube are dark brown, and the front sight is green.

In Factory New the surface is smooth, with no scuffing. For a skin this restrained, that means the dark tone is even along the whole length, and the blotches read more cleanly than on more worn copies. A copy gets its wear value at the drop, and the dark paint does not fade afterward.

What to check before buying

Choosing a particular Nova | Rain Station comes down to these points:

• float within 0.00 to 0.07;


• stickers and name tag, which pass to the buyer together with the listing;


• Souvenir or regular version, since Souvenir copies carry tournament stickers on the receiver.

The pattern is identical on every copy of the Nova | Rain Station. You can buy it almost blind: the 0.00 to 0.07 band is tight and takes a fifth of the skin's 0.35 scale.

What the Nova | Rain Station costs in Factory New

Between wears, this skin has almost no gap:

• Minimal Wear costs the same as Factory New;


• Field-Tested is cheaper by only a few percent.

So there is hardly any premium to pay for Factory New. Among Industrial Grade shotguns the skin sits in the middle of the lower part of the row. It is cheaper than Candy Apple and Turquoise Pour, and roughly level with Caged Steel. Morning Sun, Rust Coat and Green Apple are all clearly dearer, and Green Apple has the widest gap.

Getting the Nova | Rain Station

In CS2 no regular case holds this skin. Copies drop from tournament Souvenir packages, Austin 2025 Train and Budapest 2025 Train. A trade-up cannot produce it, because it belongs to the lowest rank of the collection. The Train 2025 Collection was added to the game on March 31, 2025, and the Nova | Rain Station arrived with the same update.

StatTrak and Souvenir

There is no StatTrak version of the Nova | Rain Station, but a Souvenir version does exist.

Stickers and craft on the Nova | Rain Station

A dark gray-blue field with no pronounced pattern hardly competes with stickers. Light and bright lettering reads at once, while dark designs merge into the body. The dark brown magazine tube and barrel are worth keeping in mind: colored stickers beside them look more contrasty than they would next to gray.

Who this wear suits

Buying the Nova | Rain Station in Factory New makes sense if:

• you want an even, smooth body with no marks of use;


• you are collecting Train 2025 skins in the top wear;


• you want stickers on a clean surface, and the price difference from Minimal Wear is small.
