Description

The P2000 | Marsh in Well-Worn (WW) is a green pistol with a metallic sheen to its paint, where shades of green share the slide and the frame. It is Industrial Grade, part of the Boreal Collection, and the pistol of the counter-terrorist side in CS2.

What the P2000 | Marsh looks like in Well-Worn

The finish has no pattern and holds together on shades of green. The slide is coated in olive-yellow paint with metallic flecks, while the frame and grip are a marine blue-green. The magazine base is golden olive. Valve describes it as different shades of green paint with a metallic sheen.

The float band for this wear of the P2000 | Marsh runs from 0.38 to 0.45. The paint along the edges and raised parts is already touched by wear. Each copy's wear is fixed at drop.

Where the P2000 | Marsh came from

The P2000 | Marsh was released on March 31, 2025, the day the Boreal Collection came to the game. In that collection the finish stands among the Industrial Grade skins. Valve's tagline for it is "A pleasant surprise".

What to check before buying

Before buying a P2000 | Marsh, check the following:

  • the float: the Well-Worn band takes 0.07 of 0.60, about an eighth of the skin's scale;

  • the name tag and stickers: on the P2000 | Marsh they stay with the listing.

The P2000 | Marsh has a fixed pattern, so price does not depend on it. In this wear the P2000 | Marsh sits in a narrow band from 0.38 to 0.45, and copies barely differ from one another.

What the P2000 | Marsh costs in Well-Worn

On this skin Well-Worn is the priciest wear, even though it looks worse than Factory New. The others are cheaper:

  • Factory New by a factor of 1.5;

  • Minimal Wear by a factor of 1.3;

  • Field-Tested by a factor of six;

  • Battle-Scarred by a factor of 1.4.

Among Industrial Grade P2000 skins in this wear, the P2000 | Marsh is third from the bottom: only P2000 | Granite Marbleized and P2000 | Coral Halftone cost less. Above it stand P2000 | Grassland, P2000 | Panther Camo, P2000 | Grassland Leaves and P2000 | Coach Class. Grassland costs more than five times as much.

Getting the P2000 | Marsh

The P2000 | Marsh never dropped from cases. It comes from the playtime reward too, since the Boreal Collection is on that reward's list.

The skin comes out of a trade-up contract fed with ten skins one rank below this collection. The chance of getting it is one in nine, the number of Industrial Grade finishes. The skin also serves as a trade-up input itself: ten of them give one of five Mil-Spec skins, among them USP-S | Tropical Breeze. Among the Industrial Grade finishes of the Boreal Collection, Well-Worn is the cheapest way in.

StatTrak and Souvenir

There has never been a StatTrak version of the P2000 | Marsh. There were no Souvenir packages for this finish either: those were issued only for tournament map collections. A Souvenir copy can be built through the Souvenir-O-Matic, which puts golden tournament stickers and a player autograph on an ordinary skin.

Stickers and craft on the P2000 | Marsh

The background is entirely green, so green and olive stickers merge into it. Warm tones give contrast: orange, red and yellow stickers stand out on both the olive slide and the blue-green frame. The metallic flecks on the slide break up small text, so large stickers read better.

Who this wear suits

Buying the P2000 | Marsh in Well-Worn is worth it for reasons like these:

  • you want a green finish with a metallic sheen and traces of wear;

  • it matters to take the skin from the narrow band of 0.38 to 0.45, where copies are nearly identical;

  • you need an entry into a Mil-Spec trade-up from the Boreal Collection.

If wear is not wanted, Factory New is one and a half times cheaper, and Field-Tested is six times cheaper.
