Description

The P90 | Blue Tac in Factory New (FN) is a blue-gray, Consumer Grade P90 from The Ascent Collection. This wear runs 0.00 to 0.07, which takes up 12% of the skin's scale. The skin has no case.

What the P90 | Blue Tac looks like in Factory New

According to Valve's description, a blue-gray hydrographic pattern is applied to the weapon. The description gives no other details of the artwork. In Factory New there is almost no wear, and the float is capped at 0.07.

The skin's scale runs from 0.00 to 0.60, so the FN band takes up 0.07 of 0.60.

Where the P90 | Blue Tac came from

Valve added The Ascent Collection in the update of March 31, 2025. The note names it alongside Boreal and Radiant: three new weapon collections on the weekly reward list.

What to check before buying

What matters when buying the P90 | Blue Tac:

  • the float: the upper limit of the wear is 0.07, and listings inside the band are nearly equal;

  • any stickers and name tag already on this copy of the P90 | Blue Tac.

Searching for the P90 | Blue Tac by pattern index is pointless: the artwork does not change. The 0.00 to 0.07 band is short, and differences between listings fall into the noise.

What the P90 | Blue Tac costs in Factory New

Between wears, prices of this Consumer Grade skin barely differ. Factory New costs about a twelfth more than each of the four others, while Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred sit level.

Among Consumer Grade P90s, the skin in this wear costs more than P90 | Desert Halftone. It costs less than P90 | Desert DDPAT, P90 | Ancient Earth and P90 | Sand Spray. P90 | Storm and P90 | Scorched cost more than a hundred times as much.

Getting the P90 | Blue Tac

The P90 | Blue Tac is in no case. The Ascent Collection is on Valve's weekly playtime reward list, and the skin drops from there.

A trade-up cannot build it: Consumer Grade is the collection's bottom rank, and there is nothing below to put in. The skin itself goes in as an input, though: ten Consumer Grade skins from Ascent make one Industrial Grade skin out of nine possible.

StatTrak and Souvenir

No StatTrak version of the P90 | Blue Tac exists. Souvenir packages were never issued with this skin, but a regular copy can be turned into a souvenir through the Souvenir-O-Matic.

Stickers and craft on the P90 | Blue Tac

The artwork is blue-gray, so warm and light stickers give contrast, while blue and gray ones merge with the finish.

Who this wear suits

Buying the P90 | Blue Tac in this wear is worthwhile if:

  • you want a P90 for CS2 with no signs of wear, and the surcharge over the other wears is small;

  • you want a blue-gray P90 for a loadout in the same colors;

  • you need an input for a trade-up into Industrial Grade from Ascent.
