Paris 2023 Challengers Autograph Capsule

The Paris 2023 Challengers Autograph Capsule holds player signatures from the Challengers tier of teams at the BLAST.tv Paris 2023 major. Inside is one random sticker out of one hundred sixty.

What's inside the capsule

The pool is closed: forty players, each with four versions of the signature. Those are the regular paper one, Glitter, Holo and Gold. Forty times four gives the one hundred sixty entries.

The list includes Aleksib, Brollan, headtr1ck, k0nfig, REZ, HooXi, huNter-, jks, m0NESY, NiKo, Jerry and Krad. The other players of the same seeding tier are on the same list.

Exactly one sticker drops. Valve does not publish the odds for each variety, and they are not equal, so this page gives no percentages.

Where the Paris 2023 Challengers Autograph Capsule came from

This capsule was issued for the BLAST.tv Paris 2023 major. Challengers is one of the seeding tiers of the tournament, not a special kind of capsule: every Paris autograph capsule works the same way.

Half of the sales revenue went to the organizer, the teams and the players on the list. Valve never officially disclosed how it was split between them. Starting with the Cologne 2026 major, tournament capsules are canceled. A store where stickers are bought with tokens works in their place. Capsules issued earlier still trade as before.

Opening the capsule

No key is needed. The capsule opens by itself, and unlike weapon cases in CS2, you pay only for the capsule.

The sticker you get goes on any firearm. There are five slots, the player chooses position and rotation, and knives and gloves do not take stickers.

Wear is added to a sticker by hand and cannot be undone. On the last step the sticker is gone from the weapon. Neither the capsule nor the sticker has a float or wear names, StatTrak or a Souvenir version. A sticker does not go into a trade-up contract either.

What the Paris 2023 Challengers Autograph Capsule costs

The value sits in the varieties. Between the paper and Gold signatures of one player the gap is measured in tens of times. For s1mple, from the neighboring Legends capsule, the Paris Gold version costs roughly sixty to seventy times the paper one. The same principle holds for this capsule.

So opening it for a guaranteed gain makes no sense. Most entries are paper and Glitter signatures, while Gold and Holo come up less often. A sealed capsule with a closed supply is a purchase of its own. You can buy it for CS2 as a draw, with no promised result.

Who it suits

• you want a signature from a Challengers player at Paris 2023, and the draw itself matters;

• you are building a shelf of sealed major capsules and the Challengers one is missing;

• you want a shot at a Gold signature from a large list;

• you need an in-game gift without a key, since the recipient opens the capsule themselves.
