Factory New (FN) on the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Fire Serpent carries the finish's largest premium for the kill counter. The counter version costs nearly two and a half times the plain one. Covert rank, from The Bravo Collection. The float scale is cut off at the bottom: nothing cleaner than 0.06 exists, and the band is 0.06 to 0.07.
What the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Fire Serpent looks like in Factory New
The stock and the rear handguard are painted as varnished wood, orange-ginger with a coarse grain. The front handguard, gas tube and receiver are green. The serpent's head, jaws open with white fangs and a yellow eye, sits forward on the gas block. Its body runs back along the gas tube, and yellow-gold scrollwork winds over the receiver and dust cover. The magazine falls outside the palette, dark turquoise with a gray-green ornament.
The barrel and sight rail are unpainted. In Factory New the serpent shows individual teeth, eye and scales, and the gold marks hold full tone. Further down the wears the raised plate with the head pales first, then the cover edges.
Where the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Fire Serpent came from
Valve made the finish; it has no Workshop author. The Bravo Collection is dated September 19, 2013. The Operation Bravo Case came out then and remains one of the earliest in CS2.
A note of February 6, 2014 closed the operation itself, while the passes stayed tradable. The finish is number 180 in Valve's catalog.
What to check before buying
A listing is judged on these marks:
- the counter reading: it cannot be reset, and the number passes to the buyer as it stands;
- float: the 0.06 to 0.07 stretch is narrow, with minimal choice inside it;
- the name tag and any stickers already on the rifle.
Copies are nearly indistinguishable there, and searching by pattern index is pointless: the artwork is the same on every copy.
What the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Fire Serpent costs in Factory New
The counter adds more here than in any other wear, and on worn copies the premium falls.
Inside the StatTrak version, Minimal Wear comes in around half, Field-Tested a little over a third. Well-Worn costs slightly under a third, Battle-Scarred less than a quarter. Among Covert AK-47s with a counter this is the dearest. AK-47 | Vulcan trails by about four times, and AK-47 | Jaguar and AK-47 | Fuel Injector by more still.
Getting the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Fire Serpent
The first road is the Operation Bravo Case: the counter version drops from it the same way the plain one does. The second is the trade-up contract, assembled from counter skins only, because the game does not allow mixing plain and StatTrak inputs.
StatTrak and Souvenir
The plain AK-47 | Fire Serpent is a separate item with its own page and price, and in Factory New it comes to nearly two and a half times less. No souvenir release exists, which leaves two variants.
Stickers and craft on the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Fire Serpent
The skin is busy, so one flat area is left for a sticker: the ginger stock. Gold and red stickers sit well there and pick up the marks on the cover, while a cold blue palette argues with the magazine. A sticker cannot be removed without trace, so a build here is made once.
Who this wear suits
Buy this wear in these cases:
- the cleanest body and a kill counter are wanted at once;
- an early finish from The Bravo Collection matters more than a new CS2 release;
- paying two and a half times over the plain version is acceptable.
The difference from Minimal Wear shows on the receiver edges and dust cover, where the gold dulls first.
