StatTrak™ AK-47 | Searing Rage (Field-Tested)

In Field-Tested (FT), the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Searing Rage is the cheapest way into this weapon's Classified rank with a kill counter. The wear runs from 0.15 to 0.38. The name Fever belongs to both its collection and its case. The counter lifts the price to almost double that of the regular version in FT.

What the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Searing Rage looks like in Field-Tested

Fire is the main element. Yellow-orange tongues with a red outline rise from the bottom edge of the handguard, cover the magazine and run onto the top cover and the sides of the receiver. Under the flames the magazine is dark red, and orange strokes cross the dark stock. The base is gray-blue, nearly black, with a deliberately scuffed texture.

Marker scrawl runs along the gas tube and the cover, and the word “ENEMIES” can be made out, with a cross and arrows beside it. The barrel, front sight and gas block are left bare.

In Field-Tested the thin lines give way first: flame outlines along the edges of the stock and strokes on the ribs of the handguard. The dense flame on the flat side of the magazine goes last, and the dark base hides scratches by itself.

Where the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Searing Rage came from

Horameow created the finish and uploaded a submission of the same name to the Steam Workshop on April 28, 2024. Three people worked on it: he names @jancrope and @Jekakakdela as co-authors and describes the idea briefly, a dark and aggressive design.

The Fever Collection was added to the game on March 31, 2025. The finish's number in Valve's catalog is 1207.

What to check before buying

Before paying, it helps to check the following:

• the kill counter reading, since the number passes to the buyer as it is and cannot be reset;

• float: near the top of the band the marker lines on the ribs are already ragged;

• any stickers or name tag already on the rifle.

A counter can be moved only with the StatTrak Swap Tool, and only to an item of the same type, so the two counts simply swap places.

There are no pattern variants here, so there is nothing to choose by. The band from 0.15 to 0.38 is long, and the extreme copies differ visibly.

What the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Searing Rage costs in Field-Tested

Upward in cleanliness the gap is sharp: Factory New costs four times as much, and Minimal Wear about two thirds more.

Downward the difference is small. Battle-Scarred is cheaper by about a fifth and Well-Worn by about a sixth. Among these three wears the difference stays within a fifth of the price, and individual listings, not a pattern, set the order within the trio.

Among Classified AKs with a counter, this one is the cheapest of eleven. StatTrak™ AK-47 | Ice Coaled comes right behind it, and the top of the rank is held by StatTrak™ AK-47 | Case Hardened.

Getting the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Searing Rage

The Fever Case hands out copies with a counter on equal terms with regular ones.

The second route is a trade-up, and every input must carry a counter, because the game does not let you mix regular and StatTrak skins. You take ten skins one rank lower from the same collection. It holds three Classified finishes, so the odds on this AK are one in three.

StatTrak and Souvenir

The regular AK-47 | Searing Rage without a counter is a separate item with its own listing page, and in Field-Tested it costs almost half as much. A Souvenir version of the finish exists too, but it cannot be combined with a counter: the game has no Souvenir items with StatTrak.

Stickers and craft on the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Searing Rage

In CS2 only the stock suits a sticker here: it is dark and carries less scrawl than the cover. A white or black logo reads against the warm palette, while colored and holographic ones sink into the fire.

Who this wear suits

Field-Tested on the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Searing Rage is a reasonable buy in these cases:

• you want a kill counter on an AK, not showroom condition of the body;

• price matters, since with a counter this is the most affordable Classified AK-47 in CS2;

• you like the art brut manner and the scuffs do not get in its way.

For whole marker lines you would have to go to Factory New, and that costs four times as much.
