The StatTrak™ AWP | Capillary in Field-Tested (FT) covers a float band of 0.15 to 0.38. It is a dark AWP with a red and turquoise web that looks like blood vessels, plus a kill counter. This Mil-Spec skin belongs to The Prisma 2 Collection and drops from the Prisma 2 Case.
What the StatTrak™ AWP | Capillary looks like in Field-Tested
The body is dark gray, nearly black. A thin web of wavy turquoise and coral-red lines spreads from the middle, with small knots where the lines cross. The red and turquoise lines intertwine without merging.
The web covers the receiver and the stock, while the barrel and bipod are clean. The magazine and part of the muzzle brake are red-pink. The wear is set at drop: Field-Tested is mid-range, and the surface looks even.
Where the StatTrak™ AWP | Capillary came from
The finish was made by m03h. The StatTrak™ AWP | Capillary appeared on March 31, 2020, when The Prisma 2 Collection was added to the game. Valve's notes for that update list it as the Prisma 2 Collection. The skin's catalog number is 943.
What to check before buying
Before buying a StatTrak™ AWP | Capillary, run through a few points:
- float: this wear has a band of 0.15 to 0.38;
- the number on the kill counter, which stays with the item;
- stickers from the previous owner, and any rename on the StatTrak™ AWP | Capillary.
The web is laid out identically on every copy. Listings within 0.15 to 0.38 still differ noticeably in how they look.
What the StatTrak™ AWP | Capillary costs in Field-Tested
The counter version costs a little over twice the regular one in the same wear. Across the wears the picture is this:
- Factory New (FN) costs more than six times as much;
- Minimal Wear (MW) costs a little over one and a half times as much;
- Well-Worn (WW) costs one and a half times as much;
- Battle-Scarred (BS) costs nine percent more.
There is nothing to compare it with among other Mil-Spec AWPs in StatTrak™: this is the only skin of its rank on this rifle with a price in this wear. The scale has one main step, the jump to Factory New.
Getting the StatTrak™ AWP | Capillary
The source is the Prisma 2 Case. A StatTrak™ version also comes out of a trade-up contract, but only if all ten inputs are StatTrak™.
StatTrak and Souvenir
If you do not need the counter, there is the regular AWP | Capillary, which costs less than half as much in this wear. The skin has no Souvenir packages. The count cannot be reset, and the StatTrak Swap Tool only swaps the numbers of two items.
Stickers and craft on the StatTrak™ AWP | Capillary
The web of lines runs over the receiver and the stock, while the barrel and bipod stay clean. Red and turquoise stickers echo the colors of the design, and light ones read best on the dark body. Dark stickers get lost.
Who this wear suits
Buying a StatTrak™ AWP | Capillary in Field-Tested makes sense in these cases:
- you want an AWP with a kill counter in a dark palette with bright lines;
- you want to pick a listing by float, since the 0.15 to 0.38 band is wide;
- the rifle is going into a craft with a red and turquoise accent for CS2.
If you want a clean web without scuffs, look at Factory New, which costs more than six times as much.
