Sticker | Bolt Charge is a High Grade sticker from the Elemental Craft Sticker Pack. It is the most widely issued sticker in the set and one of its most accessible ways to put something on a weapon.
What the Sticker | Bolt Charge looks like
The artwork is built entirely from lightning. A bundle of yellow zigzags runs diagonally across the sticker. One bolt is longer than the rest and sets the direction, and the side bolts branch off it in short spurs.
There is no fill inside, only an outline in two tones of yellow with a pale shadow beneath. That makes the sticker read as a drawing laid over metal rather than a patch. On a dark body the yellow glows, and on light camo it nearly dissolves.
This is the regular paper version, with no shine and no hologram. The same design also exists as a foil sticker, which mirrors the light and costs noticeably more.
Where the Sticker | Bolt Charge came from
The yellow lightning arrived on October 2, 2024, with The Armory update, as part of the Elemental Craft Sticker Pack. The whole pack runs on the elements, from lightning to fire, water and explosion.
This sticker never sat in capsules. The pack sold for Armory credits. One credit gave a random item from the collection you chose, and the cheap paper versions went out in enormous numbers.
Supply stopped on July 8, 2026, when Valve removed Elemental Craft from the Armory. No new copies have appeared since, and the total no longer grows.
How the sticker works
Bolt Charge goes on any firearm, and there are five sticker slots along the weapon. The player sets the position and the rotation, so the lightning can run along the receiver or be moved to the stock.
Knives and gloves take no stickers, because they have no slots.
Sticker wear is set by the player and goes one way only. Scraping can be added but never removed. At the last step the sticker comes off the weapon and is gone.
Stickers have no wear tiers and no float. The weapon's wear and the sticker's scraping are separate things. StatTrak, a Souvenir version and trade-up contracts do not exist for this category either.
What the Sticker | Bolt Charge costs
This is the floor of the set: nothing in Elemental Craft costs less than Bolt Charge.
The foil version of the same design costs almost ten times more, and the difference comes from the finish, not the artwork. The Glitter Boom Trail from the same pack costs roughly double. The Lenticular Ruby Stream and Ruby Wave sit in another price range altogether.
Supply holds the price. More paper Bolt Charge stickers were issued than any other sticker in the pack, and pulling Elemental Craft from the Armory did not change that. The supply simply stopped growing.
In CS2 the sticker gives no gameplay advantage, so the payment is for the look and for a place in a collection.
Who it suits
- You want a yellow accent on a dark weapon without spending much on a sticker.
- You are building a craft from several stickers on one theme. The lightning sits well beside the fire and the explosion from the same pack.
- You need an inexpensive sticker for testing positions and scraping, one you will not mind wiping out.
- You are completing the Elemental Craft Sticker Pack and the paper version is still missing.
