Description

The USP-S | Alpine Camo in Minimal Wear (MW) is the version where the camouflage is barely touched and the price is clearly below Factory New. This wear spans 0.07 to 0.15 on the float scale, which is 12% of the skin's range. The skin is Mil-Spec and belongs to The Sport & Field Collection.

What the USP-S | Alpine Camo looks like in Minimal Wear

The slide and frame are covered in light blue and white blotches edged in dark, while the suppressor is lilac. The grip is a flat blue-violet. This cool set of tones is the same in all five wears; wear changes only the condition of the paint.

In Minimal Wear the first marks appear on the slide edges and at the cut of the suppressor, while the rest of the surface looks fresh. Between 0.07 and 0.15 the look of the USP-S | Alpine Camo does not change.

Where the USP-S | Alpine Camo came from

The collection came out in October 2024, and the skin has been in it since day one. According to Valve's note, the collection was taken out of the Armory on July 8, 2026.

What to check before buying

When choosing a USP-S | Alpine Camo, pay attention to the following:

  • float: at 0.07 a copy is close to factory condition, at 0.15 the scuffs are easier to see;

  • the suppressor cut and the slide edge, judged from the listing preview;

  • stickers and a name tag already applied to that particular copy.

The artwork on the USP-S | Alpine Camo is applied identically across the whole run, so the choice comes down to float and the state of the paint.

What the USP-S | Alpine Camo costs in Minimal Wear

Set against this wear, the other wears look like this:

  • Factory New costs about twice as much;

  • Field-Tested costs about two thirds as much;

  • Well-Worn is almost twice as cheap;

  • Battle-Scarred is exactly twice as cheap.

Among the fifteen Mil-Spec USP-S skins in this wear the skin is in the lower part of the rank, with three skins cheaper and eleven more expensive. The nearest skin above is about a tenth pricier, and after it come USP-S | Check Engine and one more. At the top stand USP-S | Business Class, USP-S | Stainless and USP-S | Blueprint.

Getting the USP-S | Alpine Camo

The skin is not found in CS2 cases. To trade up for it you need ten skins one rank lower from this set, for example Tec-9 | Tiger Stencil. Once you have it, it can in turn be fed into a contract aimed at MP9 | Arctic Tri-Tone, UMP-45 | Crimson Foil or one of the Five-SeveN skins.

StatTrak and Souvenir

No StatTrak version of this skin has ever been issued. Nor were there Souvenir packages for the finish, because those existed only for tournament map collections. Even so, you can make a Souvenir copy yourself: the Souvenir-O-Matic puts gold tournament stickers and a player's autograph on a regular skin from your inventory. As a result, the odd single Souvenir copy appears even where no packages were ever made.

Stickers and craft on the USP-S | Alpine Camo

The mottled camouflage makes a sticker on the slide compete with the artwork, while on the plain grip it reads cleanly. The scuffs on the edges are still small in this wear and do not get in the way of a sticker setup.

Who this wear suits

Minimal Wear is a sensible choice for the USP-S | Alpine Camo if:

  • you want camouflage with almost no marks, at about half the Factory New price;

  • the USP-S is going into a CS2 loadout built on a cool palette;

  • light scuffing on the slide edge is acceptable.

If wear does not matter to you, Field-Tested costs about a third less.
