The kukri blade is wide and curves forward, with a row of notches on the spine and a round hole at the base. Broad stripes a shade darker than the ground cross the gray-blue field, and the cutting edge stays light. The handle is dark and ribbed, with a rounded butt. Valve writes that the knife was painted through a tape mask in the colors of a night operation.

Every copy carries the same pattern. In Field-Tested the wear marks are already visible and settle mostly on the point and the light edge, and the wear stays fixed to the copy from the drop.
