Concord Dominion

What the Piece Is

Concord Dominion is an Immortal shoulder piece for Phantom Lancer. It belongs to the Concord line and costs far less than most Immortals — a rare case where the top rarity rung does not drag a heavy price along with it.

How It Connects to the Rest of the Concord Line

It occupies Azwraith's shoulder slot and replaces that section of his armour. The flavour is about a fisherman who can no longer go home to Pole, however warmly they would receive him.

The rarity is Immortal, the rung directly beneath arcana, which normally means a limited run and an effect of the item's own.

The hero's numbers are untouched: Spirit Lance and Juxtapose behave exactly as they do on the default model.

Why Cosmetics Behave Differently on Phantom Lancer

This is a family rather than a standalone object. Phantom Concord covers the weapon and Concord Reversion covers the head, and the three were cut in one style to be worn together.

They can be bought separately and in any order, because the slots do not depend on each other.

The catalogue also holds variants of the same piece — Genuine, Inscribed, the tournament Crimson Witness edition. They look the same on the hero and are priced very differently, so read the whole offer title.

What Does This Item May Be Gifted Once Mean

He is the illusion hero, and his copies wear whatever he wears. One purchased slot shows up on screen several times over.

Late in a game that literally means shoulders multiplying across the whole display. No other hero returns one item quite so many times.

The flip side is the same fact: small detail dissolves in a crowd of illusions. Large shapes win, and shoulders happen to be one of them.

How Much Does Concord Dominion Cost

The line says the copy can be handed to another account one time. After that the allowance is spent and the piece carries on as normal.

Buying and reselling through a marketplace are not affected; the limit applies specifically to gifting.

If you are buying it as a present, keep the line in mind — a given copy may already have had its one gift used by a previous owner. Gifting is a rare mechanic in Dota 2 and the note appears on only some items.

Where to Buy Phantom Lancer Shoulders

It holds a little over $10, which for an Immortal is remarkably low. The current figure is in the card above.

The reason is plain enough: the run was far larger than that of tournament rarities, and Phantom Lancer is not a mass pick. High rarity, no scarcity.

For a buyer that is a good trade — the top rarity rung for the price of an ordinary set. Quality variants can run several times higher while looking identical in game, so there is no reason to pay for a word.

The piece comes from this LIS-SKINS page: sign in through Steam, pick an offer, pay by card, cryptocurrency or e-wallet.

It arrives in your Steam inventory and shows up in the game's armoury straight away. Selling it back, with real money withdrawn, runs through the same platform.

The other Concord items and the hero's remaining cosmetics are shelved nearby. Building a complete look for the illusionist out of them costs less than a single arcana on anyone else, and starting with the larger shapes gives the most return.
