Fiery Soul of the Slayer is Lina's arcana, a head item and the very first arcana the game ever shipped. Her hair becomes live flame, and Dragon Slave gets a treatment of its own.

What Actually Changes

The piece occupies the head slot rather than the hero base slot, which is unusual for an arcana and comes down to its age.
