This is the full catalog of Morphling cosmetics. Dota 2 items have no float and no wear, so the choice comes down to three things: the look, the rarity and the price. The catalog holds:
complete hero sets;
single-slot items: heads, shoulders, backs, crowns;
blades, the Immortal ones included;
items carrying Unusual effects, and taunts.
Set pieces sell separately and start at a few cents, so you can build the look a piece at a time instead of buying the whole set.
The set most people come looking for, the shark one, is Darktrench Stalker: it turns Morphling into a deep-sea predator and remains the hero's priciest item at around $170 as a whole. Its pieces sell separately for far less: the back and the head at around $45, the shoulders at around $30. If that is the look you want but not all at once, assembling it slot by slot comes cheaper than buying the bundle.
Morphling has no arcana. What he did get, in the 2026 Dark Carnival event, is a persona: a mechanical version of himself with its own model and animations. It sells only in the Dota 2 in-game store, at $14.99, since personas do not trade and never reach a marketplace. Everything else for the hero, Darktrench Stalker included, is bought here with no restrictions.
Beyond the shark set the hero has simpler options:
around $0.10: Grip of the Lost Star, the Surging Stream and Protean Emperor pieces;
under $0.50: Eye of the Lost Star, Reflection of the Surging Stream, Crown of Tears;
under a dollar: Splendor of the Protean Emperor, Frozen Ancient Armor Helmet;
around $25: Blade of Tears in its Genuine and Autographed versions.
A full look assembled out of the cheap pieces costs a dollar or two.
The ceiling belongs to the Darktrench Stalker Immortal set:
Darktrench Stalker at around $170, the hero's priciest item;
Darktrench Stalker - Back and the Inscribed Head at around $45;
Unusual Reflection of the Surging Stream - Arms at around $30;
Darktrench Stalker - Head and Shoulder at around $30;
Blade of Tears in its Genuine and Autographed versions at around $25.
Price comes down to the item's rarity, its prefix (Inscribed, Genuine, Autographed, Unusual) and how many copies are listed: the fewer on sale, the higher the price.
Market prices here sit below the Steam Community Market, and you never move money into a Steam wallet you cannot cash out of: you pay by card or crypto directly. After payment the bot sends a trade offer through the official Steam API, so your account password stays with you, and the item lands in your inventory within minutes.
