The item's price is displayed incorrectly in Steam. On the case purchase page, there's a price listed in Steam—say, 131–133 rubles—and a link to the marketplace so you can check it. When you click the link to Steam's marketplace, but there it shows 125–127. It might seem like a small thing, but for bulk purchases, the difference is about 5%+. The item price on Steam is updating too slowly; we need to tweak the parsing of information from Steam a bit.
