The organizers of the Exeedme Revolution tournament have announced the final list of participants in the final stage. It is scheduled to begin on December 2 after the completion of the closed qualifying stage. First there will be a group stage, which includes 16 teams. The two leaders of each group will advance to the playoffs, which will be played in a best-of-3 format. The champion will be determined at the grand final on December 5.
16 teams that passed the qualifying stage are divided into four groups. They will play in the GSL format. Among the participants – teams from the top hundred of the world rankings, in particular, Russian forZe, Chinese Lynn Vision, Brazilian Sharks, Turkish Eternal Fire and European Endpoint. A variety of countries and regions are represented at the tournament.
A distinctive feature of this tournament is the way the prize fund is determined. In addition to the fixed part, it also includes the amount that is collected as a result of the crowdfunding campaign. For example, the team that takes first place will receive $21,250 and 50% of what is raised through crowdfunding. The fund is distributed in a similar way for all other teams – All 16 participants in the main stage will receive a certain amount of prize money. In addition, during the tournament, fans of the teams will be able to buy player cards in the form of NFTs.
