On Tuesday it became known that Russian e-sportsman Alexander “KaiR0N” Anashkin leaves Spirit. The eighteen-year-old player played for Spirit Academy and performed well in the last season of the WePlay Academy League, when his team finished the tournament in fourth position, and he scored a rating of 1.22.
Commenting on the changes in the composition of the youth team, Spirit explained that for some time the organization had been negotiating with Alexander, and an initial agreement on the terms of cooperation was reached, but the parties could not reach a final agreement. As a result, KaiR0N decided not to sign with Spirit and instead look for other opportunities.
The player himself also commented on this event in a post on Twitter. He noted that he decided to end cooperation with Spirit due to internal disagreements in the organization. At the same time, he wished good luck to his former teammates and expressed hope that they will continue to develop successfully. He also announced that he was open to proposals from other organizations. KaiR0N mentioned that he speaks Russian, English and German, so his choice may not be limited to teams from the CIS.
