Allu spoke about the problems in the ENCE lineup

The Finnish team ENCE showed itself noticeably worse this year than in the previous year. If in 2019 she was in the top 5 of the world rankings for several months, then by the end of 2020 she found herself outside the top thirty and lost her last ten matches in a row. Leader

ENCE Alexi "allu" Jalli, in a recent interview with HLTV, spoke about the difficulties the team faces.

He believes that one of the reasons for the problems that arose was the replacement that the team management carried out in August 2019, when Alexi “Aleksib” was replaced by Aleksib. Virolainen came Miikka "sunNy" Kemppi. Allu characterizes this event as follows: “There was a feeling in the team that we needed some kind of change. But now, looking back, from the moment Aleksib was removed from the lineup until now, we can say we removed the wrong player.” Allu admitted that the team may have underestimated the contribution that the eSports player made both during and outside the game.

Another reason for the problems was the lack of time for training after sunNy joined ENCE. The team’s best result during this period was second place at the CS:GO Asia Championship, but at the beginning of 2020 it experienced a decline. An attempt to use an expanded roster also did not help, and two players left the team in recent months. As a result, allu remained the only one from the old ENCE lineup who performed successfully in 2019.

At the same time, other former ENCE members note that allu can distort the situation, and his statements about the situation in the team should not be fully trusted.
