Astralis parting ways with three key players

Danish Astralis announced changes to its lineup. Three players will leave at once – Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen, Emil “Magisk” Rife and Danny "zonic" Sørensen. At the same time, she will be joined by two e-sportsmen who previously played for Complexity – this is Benjamin "blameF" Bremer and Christian "k0nfig" Wieneke. In this case, blameF will have to give up the role of in-game leader, which he performed in the previous team, since in Astralis this position is unconditionally occupied by gla1ve. Alexander “ave” will become the head coach of Astralis. Holdt, who previously trained North, and in the past proved himself in Counter Strike 1.6. The new lineup will appear in the coming matches: at the end of November, Astralis will compete at the BLAST Premier Fall Final.

Dupreeh, zonic and Magisk contracts expire in early January. Thus, the career of the Astralis lineup, which many consider one of the most successful, will end. It was with these players that the team repeatedly won majors and also won other major trophies. Kevin Hvidt, one of the leaders of Astralis, said about this event: “I would like to emphasize how much I and the entire organization respect Danny, Emil and Peter. They are true legends for Astralis and will always be mentioned first in the history of our team."
