In the recently held final of the cs_summit 6 championship, the BIG team won despite the fact that the opponents had a one-map advantage at the start. Before this, Vitality and BIG had already met at the championship, and then Vitality managed to win in a bitter fight.
Mirage was chosen as the first map. BIG immediately managed to turn the situation in their favor, going ahead with a score of 5:0 and winning in the first half. In the future, they managed to maintain this advantage, largely thanks to the accurate play of Nils “k1to” Grune. On the second map, Vitality began to gradually regain the lead. By the middle of the map they took the lead, eventually leaving it behind with a score of 16:11.
At Dust2 BIG initially lost, but then they managed to increase the pressure on their opponents. Vitality made a number of mistakes, which resulted in the score 16:10 in favor of BIG. Thus, taking into account the one-point advantage that Vitality had at the start, the score on the cards was equal. The fate of the match was decided on Overpass: both teams were approximately equal, demonstrating a high level of play, however, in the second half of the map, BIG managed to win a series of victories and take the lead. Having won with a score of 16:10, they became the champions of cs_summit 6.
