BIG moved Krimbo from the academic roster to the main roster

German BIG, which currently ranks 16th in the world rankings, announced the transfer of Karim "Krimbo" Mousses from the youth team to the main team. This is the first time that a player from BIG Academy has joined the BIG roster on a permanent basis. The player will take the place of Nils "k1to" Gruna.

The young e-sportsman participated in the BIG Academy twice – in 2020 and 2022. In 2021, he played for German teams from the second hundred of the rankings – ALTERNATE aTTaX and cowana. Since 2022, he has served as captain and in-game leader at BIG Academy. At WePlay Academy League Season 3, the squad he led took second place.

Krimbo has already replaced k1to in the matches of the open qualifying tournament PGL Major Antwerp Europe RMR. After a successful performance there, the team management decided to finally transfer the player to the main team. Nils "k1ro" now, on the contrary, he has to lead the youth team.

“I was very happy when I found out that the team wanted to participate in the selection for the major with my participation, and now I’m happy that I will become its permanent member,” comments Krimbo. – I have to meet high standards, but I am confident, especially after we successfully qualified for the European RMR tournament."
