Brazilian Case is assembling a new roster led by former Movistar Riders player

The Brazilian organization Case announced the signing of a new roster, which will include five local players. The line-up will be headed by Lucas “steel” Lopez, who previously competed for Movistar Riders, Luminosity and Immotrals.

Among other participants – Lucas “honda” Cano, who has gained some experience in major tournaments in 2021, appearing as a substitute in FURIA's main roster, as well as playing for its youth team.

The only player who moved to the new roster from the previous Case roster was Ian “yepz” Pedretti. Also in Case will now play Rodrigo "RCF" Figueiredo as the main sniper, and Arthur "f4stzin" Schmitt. These two eSportsmen have been playing for Asterys in recent months, and previously played together for Yeah.

The head of Case, Brazilian footballer Carlos Henrique Casimiro from Real Madrid, commenting on the new roster, noted that it was fundamentally important for him to find promising e-sportsmen from Brazil: “This is necessary so as not to forget what our origins are. CS:GO in Brazil has always been at the highest level, and we are ready to count on this in the future. Rely on young talents – is always a priority for us, especially in eSports. Brazil has a lot of promising players and we don't want these resources to go to waste. But, at the same time, there must be an experienced player who will lead them."
