Brazilian project Last Dance has made contact with Imperial

After months of discussions and rumors, Brazilian esports organization Imperial has officially announced the signing of the Last Dance roster. Its roster includes renowned Latin American players, including two-time major winner Gabriel "Fallen" Toledo, Fernando "fer" Alvarenga and Lincoln "fnx" Lau. The team's coach will be Louis "peacemaker" Tadeu.

In January, the Brazilian project Last Dance announced its plans to participate in North American CS:GO tournaments, but at that time it was not yet known which organization would support them. Imperial disbanded its previous line-up late last year and announced that it had no plans to continue its members' contracts going forward. As such, Last Dance is expected to play for Imperial throughout 2022.

Fallen and fer have previously played together with fnx, and their collaboration came during the most successful period of their careers in 2016, when they won victories at the majors as part of Luminosity and SK. However, the team subsequently encountered problems, and fnx left the roster at the beginning of 2017. Another participant, Last Dance, Ricardo "boltz" Prass also played on the same team with the aforementioned trio several times.

The only newcomer and the youngest participant in Last Dance will be Vincius “VINI” Figueiredo, a twenty-two-year-old eSports player, left FURIA in January.
