Counter Strike: Global Offensive Analyst Arseniy "ceh9" Trinozhenko recently spoke about the future career prospects of Yegor “flamie” Vasilyeva. The esports player, who until recently was part of the active roster of Natus Vincere, was expelled from the main roster in April. In a recent successful match against Gambit, Vasiliev’s place was taken by a young player Valery “B1T” Vakhovsky. Previously, it replaced flamie only on some maps, but in the last month it has become an asset on a permanent basis.
Ceh9 suggested that NAVI, in order to maintain good relations with the player and fans, will leave flamie in the lineup for the time being. It is possible that at tournaments, where possible, they will declare him as the sixth player. However, the analyst believes that the likelihood of successful performances by Yegor Vasiliev in the near future is small, which means that he may soon be put up for transfer.
At the same time, ceh9 believes that it is unlikely that other teams from the CIS will be willing to pay large sums to acquire Vasiliev for their roster. The fact is that as part of Natus Vincere, flamie plays in a position that is already familiar to him; he knows the team's tactics well and understands what other players expect from him. When moving to another team, he will have to re-build interactions with the rest of the participants, and it is not a fact that this will be successful.
