Chet ImAPet Singh will be coaching 100 Thieves

On May 26, the Australian team 100 Thieves announced that American player Chet "ImAPet" will become its coach. Singh, who left a similar position at Evil Geniuses two months ago. Some time ago, 100 Thieves announced that their coach Aleksandar "kassad" Trifunovic leaves his post due to disagreements and lack of development progress during 2020. Now the team hopes that the arrival of Chet Singh will give it fresh energy and help improve its results.

According to ImAPet, he is very happy about the conclusion of the contract, as he remained without a team for quite a long time, which was especially unpleasant during the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, when esports events are limited or cancelled. In his interview, he said that over the past two months he received several offers, but refused them because he considered the squads that invited him to be a coach not promising enough. As a result, at some point, Chet Singh began to consider the possibility of moving to Valorant, becoming the general manager of one of the new teams. However, now ImAPet is glad that he has the opportunity to continue his career in CS:GO.
