The British esports organization Coalesce has decided to disband its CS:GO roster. All five players and the coach will be released from their current contracts, will become free agents and will be able to consider offers from other teams.
Coalesce was formed in August 2021 as a result of the merger of several UK organizations. Together, they hoped to create a team that would take a leading position on the British esports scene. They initially planned to form a squad predominantly of British players, but later abandoned this idea. In February, Coalesce acquired several Swedish players, but this roster did not last long.
In a statement, the organization says that although not all of the goals were achieved, working with the team was a valuable experience for the organization, which made it possible to understand how to develop the Counter Strike direction in the future. Coalesce promises that soon you will be able to hear about its new steps in this discipline.
