OG announced the conclusion of a contract with two e-sportsmen who will take the place of the Danes niko and valde who recently left its roster. The latter were sent into inactivity after an unsuccessful performance at the major. Now, instead of them, Maciej “F1KU” will play for OG. Miklas (Poland) and Adam "NEOFRAG" Zuhar (Czech Republic).
F1KU, who is now only eighteen years old, joins OG from the Polish AGO, which is currently ranked 31st in the world rankings. He has been playing for her since the end of 2019. During this time, the player demonstrated an average rating of 1.08, and his team won two ESEA MDL/Premier seasons, achieving the opportunity to compete in the ESL Pro League.
NEOFRAG is called one of the most promising young players in Europe. Since the beginning of 2020, he has been playing for SINNERS, and with his participation, the team managed to rise to 19th place in the overall ranking. Largely thanks to his contribution, the team was able to take part in the qualification for the major, although it did not qualify for the main part of the tournament, losing to the Bad News Eagles in the decisive match.
The new OG roster will make its first appearance at the BLAST Premier Spring Final in Lisbon in mid-June, and the team will play against MIBR in their opening match.
