After the playoff match, in which FaZe defeated Natus Vincere, one of the players of the European team, Finn “karrigan” Andersen gave an interview to the HLTV portal, talking about the team's future plans and the approach that allows FaZe to remain one of the best teams in the world.
Commenting on his match against NAVI, karrigan noted that the team from the CIS is now clearly not in the best position due to events happening in the world. In addition, FaZe managed to somewhat surprise the enemy with the choice of cards and maintain control throughout the match. However, NAVI players did not give up throughout the game, continued to fight and even in the last rounds could cause their opponents several unpleasant minutes.
Karrigan also said that the unsuccessful start at the championship in Katowice was a good shake-up for the team, which helped it get together and build interaction between the players, taking into account the fact that they had to play with a changed lineup: “I think one of the key points.” was our state of mind when we found out that we couldn’t play with our full lineup. At that point, no one cared anymore, let everything be as it will be, we didn’t know if jks would be able to perform tomorrow, so we just tried to stay positive, no matter what happens, and use the situation to our advantage.”
Speaking about the team's future plans, karrigan noted that making it to the finals of the RMR tournament will not be easy due to the large number of strong teams in the group, but he hopes to advance to the Legends stage and be at the major.
