The game provides two types of templates:

Exotic. The one and only Morning Howl, the closest cousin to the bootleg M4A4 Howl that most players dream of. The graffiti also features a grinning fiery wolf, and the price tag corresponds to the rarity.
There is a small life hack associated with sprays: large graffiti in skillful hands can become a good visual cover for the player.
Limit and frequency of use
Players can use one template no more than 50 times from the moment of receipt. In this way, Valve seems to imitate the real consumption of paint in cans (but we know what dictates this approach).
If you already have a certain template in your collection, and the same one falls out of the capsule — The system will add another 50 uses to the main one. The total number of "sprays" will appear in the graffiti statistics. Thus, beautiful and cheap graffiti in CS GO can be extended almost indefinitely if there is time to place them during the battle.
Shooting graffiti will not work — either once per round or every 45 seconds (whichever takes longer). Many simply don’t have time to make an extra movement, so they simply forget about the drawings.
Such art stays on the wall for 7 minutes, after which it gradually fades and disappears.
What surfaces can be painted on
Graffiti only sticks to hard surfaces, walls, and metal containers. Water, sand, loose textures and a friend's back are not suitable.

Unlimited scope for creativity
