A few days ago, the esports organization HellRaisers announced that it was disbanding its current Counter Strike roster and would begin forming a new roster. Until recently, the team’s coach was the Lithuanian e-sportsman Rustam “TsaGa” Tsagolov, under whose leadership such players as Dmitry “ProbLeM” played Martynov and Vadim "Flarich" Karetin.
This decision was made after a protracted period of uncertainty: since February, HellRaisers have not been able to find a fifth player for the European roster after the trial period of Israeli e-sportsman Guy “anarkez” was suspended. Trakhtman's tenure ended just a month later, without leading to a permanent contract. In performances at ESEA Premier, several different players appeared in this position, in particular, Kirill “Gospadarov” Gospodarov.
In an official statement about the dissolution of the roster, the head of the esports organization Alex “Magician” Slabukhin said that work on selecting the composition of the new roster is already underway, and soon he will be able to talk in more detail about the results of the search for players, as well as the specific reasons why the decision was made to restructure the team.
The last time HellRaisers significantly changed their roster was a year ago: in April 2020, they replaced four of the five players then on the roster. After this, the team managed to climb into the top 30 of the HLTV ratings, but by the end of the year its results worsened.
