The Ukrainian esports organization HellRaisers published a message that it is returning to CS: GO after six months without a roster. She signed a contract with five esports athletes who have been playing under the name Gucci Squad in recent months. The core of the team consists of those who previously played for Trasko Esports – Evgeniy "7oX1C0" Motsevoy, Dmitry "Templ" Sryvkov and sixteen-year-old sniper Igor “w0nderful” Zhdanov. The latter has recently demonstrated very impressive performance — rating 1.27 for the last three months and 1.24 for 2021 as a whole. They will be joined by two more young e-sportsmen - Mikhailo “OWNER” Lymar and Alexey "alex666" Yarmoshchuk. Thus, the average age of the team will be less than twenty years.
HellRaisers announced the signing of these players six months after disbanding its previous squad, which had existed for about a year, in April. In the near future, Gucci Squad will continue to compete in ESEA Advanced, where it qualified for the upper bracket of the playoffs. She has already won two victories in these competitions (against Singularity and hREDS). The team will be coached by Anatoly “liTTle” Yashin, who previously noted his work with the forZe team. In the latter, he acted as a coach and analyst until October 2021.
