HUNDEN has provided new evidence of Heroic players' involvement in cheating

The history of the investigation into the charges brought by Heroic against Nikolai "HUNDEN" Petersen received a new twist: at the end of the week, the latter published materials that could serve as confirmation that not only he himself, but also other team members were involved in using the coaching bug. The Danish information portal TV2.dk wrote about this, covering this conflict in detail.

In particular, the logs provided by HUNDEN contain negotiations between the coach and Nikolai “niko” Christensen, allowing us to conclude that not only this player, but also the rest of the e-sportsmen who were on the roster at that time knew about the use of the bug. This fragment contains the following phrase on behalf of niko: “Everyone on our team knew this. Maybe not from the very beginning. But later. Everyone knew it."

The materials also include server logs from one of the matches that took place in March 2020, when HUNDEN also used a coaching bug. Based on them, it can be assumed that another Heroic player, Rene "TeSeS" Madsen helped HUNDEN activate the cheat at a point from which he could then view the map. HUNDEN claims that this position could only be taken with the help of another player, and at the time the bug was activated, there was no one on the server except TeSeS.

Heroic CEO Joachim Haraldsen continues to deny HUNDEN's allegations. He believes that the coach should take responsibility, since the materials he provided do not prove anything.
