K0nfig plans to move to Astralis in the near future

Danish eSports player Christian "k0nfig" Wieneke most likely will not renew his contract with Complexity, which expires on January 1, 2022. Jaxon reports this with reference to numerous sources. There is a high probability that k0nfig will change teams by moving to Astralis.

K0nfig is currently missing one match after another due to a wrist injury. Although he recently reported that recovery is going well, the break will last at least until November, and at the next tournaments as part of Complexity he will be replaced by Marcelo “coldzera” David. It is likely that after the expiration of k0nfig's contract, the Brazilian will take a permanent place in the team.

For Astralis itself, the coming months will be a transition period. Contracts with three key players, as well as with coach Danny "zonic" Sørensen, also expire at the end of the year, and for some time now analysts have been making predictions about how the team’s composition might change after that. Astralis recently extended the contract with Lucas "gla1ve" Rossander, who will remain with the team for three years. It is also safe to assume that Lukas “Bubzkji” will continue to speak for her. Andersen and recently joined the team Philip “Lucky” Ewald. But k0nfig may well appear in the place of one of the other two players.

The recent statement by Andreas “Xyp9x” also added cause for rumors. Hoyslet that he is considering various options for further building his career. At the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 14, he did not appear in the active roster, giving way to Lucky.
