First of all, you need to open the game console. If you can't — enable it in CS GO settings.
Next, go into the game and play as usual, as if you don’t need to go anywhere. But at the same time, open the console with the “Ё” key. (Tilde, ~) and enter the command “Status” (without quotes) to see a list of all players on the current server.

Callvote kick 16 (where 16 is our number in the matchmaker, but in general you can enter anything from 1 to 20 here).
It’s worth saying right away that not all servers support this command, and therefore you may periodically see the following notification.
If this happens, then you don’t have many options left:

Apologize in the general chat and leave yourself;

Ask the host (server creator) to arrange a vote on your ejection;

Finish the skating rink to the end, not caring about your own plans.
And most importantly: the function works ONLY in competitive mode. In a random room it is useless, because the turnover there is huge and no one will miss you if something happens. In competitive mode, everything is much more serious — there they farm ranks, exp, experience and a lot of other interesting things, and play with a numerical superiority on the part of the enemy — so-so pleasure, especially for the losing side. They might get offended for this.
Will there be consequences?
Can this method be called a saving umbrella against the rain of hate, diss and promises to “come visit for tea”? Of course not. Have you seen the community games at all? Especially at low ranks, if the trust factor is burning red. Yes, the chance of getting banned or reported during such maneuvers is much lower, but it is never zero. Therefore, try hard to quickly and succinctly explain the situation, otherwise all your work will be in vain.
Ideal conditions — wait until one of the opponents is pouring in order to adjust yourself. In this case, everyone will be happy. It’s a pity that it’s not always possible to disperse peacefully.
