Sawed-Off Copper
Perhaps the most striking example of such a skin is Sawed-Off Copper. In full accordance with its name, this sawn-off shotgun does not contain any bright decorative elements, and the finishing of its body is made of wood and copper. This is probably the only skin where variants with high float can cost more than new ones.
The fact is that as the wear rate of a skin increases, its surface does not become covered with scratches and abrasions, like most types of weapons. Its texture realistically reproduces the aging of copper to form a patina. As a result, the surface becomes beige, then greenish, and when float approaches one – distinctly green with silvery spots. So it turns out that “Battle-Scarred” the skin looks much more interesting than the new one.
AWPMortis
Similar changes occur with increasing float and cAWPMortis. The gold and orange that dominate the skin's design darken, becoming more like bronze. In this case, all images decorating the skin are saved. It is possible that some may even find the darker version of the skin more attractive.
M4A1-S Decimator
It’s changing and M4A1-SDevastator. This skin is decorated with a pattern of different shades of pink and blue, and as the float increases, it doesn't lose much of its appeal. There are no noticeable scratches or abrasions on the pattern, but the surfaces darken. However, the pattern remains contrasting enough to create a three-dimensional effect, in accordance with the skin's creators' intent.
FAMASZXSpectron
Almost invariably looks at high values of float and FAMASZXSpectron, designed in the style of an old personal computer ZXSpectrum. The gray background on which the design elements are located is replaced by black, but all the details remain distinguishable and even become more contrasting.
